Under the list of “Full Features” in the description here it says “Sticky Navigation”. That is very misleading and I might not have purchased the theme if it did not have this.

The above problem has been resolved, but the full zip file header is corrupted.
Causes the xml file to be incomplete.
In wptheme file you can find out full XML file in xml folder
For example: the ‘Our Principles’ page can’t be opened.

Can I do it manually by changing / renaming folder name and update source code?
Yes, you can.
I warn you in advance, it will not be easy. Because you have to change all the prefixes, and re-name all the prefixes of some files that begin with industify_fn or industify-fn, and you need to consider the register. And you will not be able to download a demo content, since your theme will have a different prefix than the original one.
If you have such experience, you will have no problems.

In Theme Options -> Typography you can use all Google Fonts for body, desktop navigation, mobile navigation and etc.
If you want to add extra font you have to customize it yourself (unfortunately, customization is out of our support scope)

Thank you for the template, it looks lovely.
I am having issues configuring it like it looks on the demo, when I add a featured image in the Wordpress editor, it pastes a large image at the top of the Elementor editor which I can get rid of by changing the template to Elementor full width. When I do this though, the title of the blog post disappears and I can’t work out how to get it back.

For blog posts we have used WordPress Editor, not Elementor Full Width. And post title and featured image will appear always on a single post page (via WordPress Editor). If you want to edit blog posts via Elementor without featured image, add below code to Theme Options -> Custom CSS:
1. To remove only featured Image from the top of the Elementor Editor in blog post:.industify_fn_blog_single .fn-format-img{display: none;}
2. To remove featured Image, Video, Audio, Gallery, Link, Quote from the top of the Elementor Editor in blog post:
.industify_fn_blog_single .post_header{display: none;}
