You can enable Sidebar globally for whole website in Appearance> Customize> General settings> Sidebar:

So sidebar will be displaying on all pages including WooCommerce categories and product pages. For default pages you can disable showing sidebar in Theme options for each specific page: http://prntscr.com/lbs9cd

Unfortunately there is no option to specify different header image for Woocommerce categories pages.

In case you would like to change title color without affecting other elements on website, add the following code in Appearance> Customize> Additional CSS:

h1.sc_layouts_title_caption { color: #000000 !important; }

replacing #000000 with needed color code.

Did you get this error while installing theme zip file? Please make sure you upload fixteam.zip file, not the entire theme package. Alternatively you can upload theme to wp-content/themes directory via FTP or File manager in your hosting cPanel.
