Hi ! We’re using this theme and we can’t use the Rental List of the theme cause it’s displaying the cars as normal products. I checked the categories and it was set as Rental in the display options. What should we do? Thank you

Hey Guys, is there any availability checker? How system will check car is available or not for selected date, is there any automatic system to check the car availability? and what if user cancelled the booking? does availability auto update? Thank you.
Hi, Currently we doesn’t setup account for checking. You can read documentation to know more detail: http://demo.ovathemes.com/documentation/ireca/
Checking is auto. When you insert date, the system will check car availability or not. The system will count the cars that booked on this day. If that count is less than the number of vehicles in stock, you can booking it.
Update: You only need to download theme from themeforest after delete old theme and install new theme. I think it is easy.

Hi, Cancel booking: Yes. If user cancel booking, the system will update status to cancel.
You have to choose date in Booking Form: Pick-up Date, Drop-off Date Field.

Hello, I’m currently using your template and setting up my website and I’m very happy about it.
Just a few questions:
1. How can I edit the “Request for booking” form? I mean like adding fields or editing the existing ones and the placeholders;
2. in the “request for booking” form, in the date and time fields, I need to make selectable only working days and hours (like monday to friday, from 07:30 AM to 7:00 PM). Is there a way to do that? How?

1: You can show/hide field in form. We don’t support option add filed to “Request for booking” form. we have to customize it. Placeholders: You can use Loco Plugin to translate text in Event Manager plugin.

Hi i have question. on (HOME CAR) Before i will purchase your theme right now.
Question:
1. Is it possible on the “BOOKING FORM” section to not proceed to the BILLING and CHECKOUT? because i just want to get the information of the trip like “Pickup Location, Drop-off Location, Pick-up Date and Drop-off Date Only. No Payment will happen.
2. reffering to (question no. 1) i dont have any knowledge to modify the codes. is there any way to change it without touching the codes?
3. on the BOOKING FORM section. Is it possible to add PICK-UP TIME in textbox near on Pick-up Date? without touching the codes?
4. Can i disabled the CALENDAR?
5. can i disabled the EXTRA SERVICE option on booking form?

Hello, I have just a couple of pre-sale question: 1- in car rental, is it possible to use the template without using woocommerce? What I need is just the “request for booking” and not the “booking form”. 2- Is it possible to set working days and hours? That way customers select only opening date and hour. And can they be different between pick-up and drop-off?

Hi, 1: Yes because we are using Rental product type. You also can change it in child theme. You can deactive booking form and using Request booking like deno. 2: Yes it is. If duration time less than 24 hours, the system will calculate by Hour else Day. Like deno you can choose different between pick-up and drop-off . Thank you!
pre-sales question! great work guys … i have some question … what about ncc use? i mean my customer has 10 black cars, and work on 10 specific trips … and then if is possible that a customer can choose a pick up and drop off point ? what do you think .. i saw in demo that we can have fix pick up and drop off place with a specific price … but about free point .. i mean at the end we like to have point to point service, airport transfer… thanks
