Hi, my boss bought me this theme to develop a website and I made a mistake to reset the theme option. So, I would like to know how I can import the theme option. Is the option file inside the theme zip file??

Is there a compatibility issue with WPBakery Page Builder 5.5.5 and Wordpress 5.0? There is no option to edit the page with the visual builder.

I need the content to be visible all. Now part is hiding behind the navigation. And that’s bad for me. It does not help offset. It’s still under navigation. It would be better to have each section centered on the center of the screen
That’s pretty easy to reach. Just add the anchors above the content.

Hello. Probably its about default settings from your hosting provider with ngnix platform. May be you need to ask administrator or support operator to add you permissions to upload WordPress themes.

Its been like 3 months that i bought this Bellaria theme. But, i have issues with the slider revolution.
My slider is taking about 20-30 minutes to load on the Desktop. But, the slider loads very fast on mobile devices . please help.

Hello. Slider Revolution is not our plugin. May be you have low bandwidth with your hosting provider settings. First – check please image sizes from your slider images. Perfect will be 200kb in FullHD resolution. If its ok and hosting provider speed is well – you may have the same load speed as we have. Hi there is an issue on my theme. I have added few categories out of which 2 are acting out, on the products page all items are showing correctly but on the website when I click those categories it shows mixed up products, mixed up titles and mixed up images. Can you please fix this? I was supposed to launch my website today.

What do you mean? On mobile devices you’re having the mobile version of your website, it doesn’t matter if you’re using a phone or a tablet.
Since Wordpress could force desktop view in Handheld devices. I wanted the size to be forced to 1024×1366, because the iPhone or phone view is making the browsing too long especially with the products being aligned going down.
The code at the editor is <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0” />
So I wanted you to possibly create a way for the view to be a iPad Pro Size or 1024×1366.

Ok, thanks, got it. Try to remove the “width=device-width” from the code above and this should help. In this case you will the desktop version on mobile devices. I have no idea why you need that though…
I already knew that part. But what I intended to make my mobile view is to look like a 1024×1366 or to make it more wider. Because I don’t like the view where it looks completely compact. In fact it would even be greater if it possible, if the mobile view could be desktop view but responsive. Meaning the audience could control a zoom in and out view.
Sorry, this functionality is not available in this theme.

Just updated to 1.0.2 – caused a couple problems. Have the “Default Home Page” set as the home page. My logo is not showing in the nav section, it is showing the text version. Also, now the portfolio posts on the homepage are not populating correctly. Web Address is dessertbarflorida.com

Dear Creator,
I installed the template and turned it on. The page also provided an HTTP 500 error code for both the web site and the admin page. In the error log file, “PHP Fatal error: Can not use the function return value in the write context in /home/karikade/public_html/wp-content/themes/bellaria/vc/bellaria_vc_config.php on line 247”. I have disabled this feature and the page works. I imported a demo, but page backgrounds are not displayed. I’m setting up another picture. Please help me.
