Hi there—is it possible to have the terms of use for registration be a check box with a link on the bottom of the main registration page instead of having my users read through the paragraphs first? Love the theme so far :) Thanks!

Hi Cassie,

It sounds like this is technically possible, but it’s not something we can implement in a front-end theme. It would need a custom extension, best option is to ask on phpbb.com :)

Hi! I have problem with Milk template. Indeed, when users attempt too many time to log in, it appears a login page, which said that reCaptcha must be solve in order to log in. But the captcha doesn’t appear cause of ”#login > fieldset > div:nth-child(5) > dl > dd > div > div” height that is set at 78px. It should be auto or something else in order to display the captcha. Can you give me a solution, I don’t know what file modify. Thx for your help

Hello,

Can I ask what browser, device and milk version number you’re using?

Thanks!

Hi! Latest version of Milk 3.2.4, tested on updated version of Safari ans Firefox on both Windows 10 and Mac Os X High Sierra. Thx

Hello. I got a few question

1.It is possible for me to change the order of the name, avatar, title and rank in your theme? And also can i change the size of avatar in a post, when viewing it on phone or tablet?

2. How to hide the post counts for special ranks (administrator, moderator etc)?

Thanks

Hello!

1. Yes this is possible, you’ll need to manually edit the viewtopic_body.html template file

2. Would require a custom extension, your best option would be to ask at phpBB.com :)

I also try to add the collapsible panels to mchat_body.html. This is partly successful, but there is still a mistake in my code … If I place it as below, something goes wrong with the footer.

mchat_body.html

{% if MCHAT_IS_COLLAPSIBLE %} } hidden-category{ endif %} mchat-category”> {% endif %}

} mchat-avatars{ endif %}”>
  • {% INCLUDE ’@dmzx_mchat/mchat_header.html’ %} <!- IF SCRIPT_NAME eq ‘index’ and STYLE_SETTINGS_CONFIG_COLLAPSIBLE_PANELS -> <!- ENDIF ->
      {% EVENT dmzx_mchat_body_before %} {% if MCHAT_SOUND_ENABLED %} <audio id=”mchat-sound-add” class=”hidden” src=”{{ EXT_URL }}sounds/add.mp3” preload=”auto”></audio> <audio id=”mchat-sound-edit” class=”hidden” src=”{{ EXT_URL }}sounds/edit.mp3” preload=”auto”></audio> <audio id=”mchat-sound-del” class=”hidden” src=”{{ EXT_URL }}sounds/del.mp3” preload=”auto”></audio> <audio id=”mchat-sound-error” class=”hidden” src=”{{ EXT_URL }}sounds/error.mp3” preload=”auto”></audio> {% endif %}

Can you help me please? :s

Hello,

I’m afraid we can’t provide support for 3rd party extensions :(

how do i remove login from sidebar? , thanks,

also i want the grid style enable and disabled on subforums :) , how can i do that ?

Hello,

You can disable the login / profile widget in the flightdeck extension.

Regrettably due to the way phpBB works, it’s not possible to disable the grids on subforums at the moment :(

ok, thanks

Dear, I would like to get the mchat in the sidebar. But I do not know how to do this … Can you help me with this?

This isn’t currently possible.

It works like this?

.postprofile span .avatar { display: block; max-width: 100%; text-align: center; /* gravatar fix / margin: 0 auto; border-radius: 75px; }

/ Profile used on view-profile */ .profile-avatar img { max-width: 100%; border-radius: 75px; }

This will only work if all of your avatars are fixed at 150px square. Otherwise you’ll see irregularities

And how do you update?

Hello!

We haven’t made any changes to flightdeck in this release, so just overwrite your existing style/milk_v2/ folder with the new one to complete the update :)

Will an update of the theme be required for 3.2.4?

Yes, this will be available shortly. Milk will continue to function without any problems on phpBB 3.2.4 though :)

Hello, I have sent two emails to no avail on support. Thought i’d try here.

1. I’d like to fill the full of the header with my logo. what are the parameters to do this without expanding the container size or is there a setting to do this?

2. What folder does the social media icons go into? The icons seem to have been missing Instagram, which i found a bit odd but could add it manually if I am informed of which icon set was used for these.

3. Is there a manner in which I can give the user the option to switch between light and dark theme?

4. Can we expect a navigation bar addition with a future release? Is your team willing to do an add-on for purchase on this request?

Truly appreciate the help. Really liking this them, would love more with a few tweaks. :-)

Hello! We’ve just responded to your email.

As for the additional question, there are extensions already available for additional menu items, so we don’t plan to implement any extra ourselves :)

Hi Guys! Thank you so much for your response. I’d like to state for anyone reading that this was NOT complaint post, and hopefully does not come off as one, as that was not my intention.

PlanetStyles, thank you for your response, and helpful information. Keep up the solid work!

Hello,

Regrettably this is an old layout that’s not possible to revert to any more.

Apologies :(

Hi great theme, I was just wondering if there is a legend to tell member what all the post symbols mean e.g. circle with 2 dots around it? Some speak for their selves but others don’t, Many thanks.

Hello!

Not at the moment I’m afraid, although I can confirm that:

- Dot in upper-right corner = ‘spotted’ topic (a topic you’ve posted in) - Orange dot in lower-left = ‘Hot’ topic

:)

Hello. It is possible with your theme to have 1 register for several forum ? Thanks you

Hello,

This would be better asked over at phpbb.com :)

When I insert a image tag in either content block #1 or content block #2, such as , there is some type of style that gets created dynamically, on the fly, which set that specific image at that specific path to display:none. It looks like so: img[src=”http://my-domain/images/verticle-ad-left.jpg”] { display: none !important;

how do I correct this?

Hello there,

That sounds very unusual, this hasn’t been reported before. Can I ask if you have any extensions such as Adblock installed to your browser?

Thanks

Thanks, that fixed it! My ad blocker must have keyed in on the word “ad” in the image name and block it from rendering.

Brilliant, thanks for confirming :)

I am having trouble finding the color tag that changes the ‘information’ bar in the css files. Where would this be located?

Hello,

Regrettably we can’t provide support to unverified customers. Could you log into the account that purchased the theme, then contact us through the ‘support’ tab above?

Thanks :)

Please update the changelog in the description! No information about version 2.0.7. ;) And can you inform which files has changed?

Hello!

V 2.07 was only a trivial update to support the phpBB 3.2.3 update, nothing else was added or removed :)

Can you help me i want to change topic color because its white and its invisible please help me ! Thank you.

There’s a problem in the latest release, 2.0.7. If you select dark theme, then the colours_dark.css is not applied on the login page. you probably have to add the css in overall_header_simplified.html

Thanks for raising this. We’ve submitted a fix to ThemeForest. I’ll reply here when it’s been approved

Dear Support Team.

I have problem when upgrade from 2.0.6 version to 2.0.7 (phpBB 3.2.3 Support)

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Twig_Error_Loader’ with message ‘Unable to find template “ucp_profile_autologin_keys.html” (looked into: /home/public_html/domain.com/styles/Milk/template, /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/styles/Milk/theme, /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/styles/prosilver/template, /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/styles/prosilver/theme, /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/styles/all/template).’ in /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/vendor/twig/twig/lib/Twig/Loader/Filesystem.php:232 Stack trace: #0 /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/phpbb/template/twig/loader.php(135): Twig_Loader_Filesystem->findTemplate(‘ucp_profile_aut…’) #1 /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/vendor/twig/twig/lib/Twig/Loader/Filesystem.php(150): phpbb\template\twig\loader->findTemplate(‘ucp_profile_aut…’) #2 /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/vendor/twig/twig/lib/Twig/Envi in /home/public_html/forums.domain.com/vendor/twig/twig/lib/Twig/Loader/Filesystem.php on line 232

Please help me how to fix this problem.

Thanks.

Mr Minh

I have fixed this problem. Thanks.

I want this to work so badly but the install is giving me some issues. I’ve read the instructions and have followed this info:

Uploading the extension files Download Milk Theme Locate folder “milk.zip” and extract to your desktop Open the folder corresponding to the phpBB version you’re using Open folder “2. Extension Files” Using either FTP or a File Manager, upload the “planetstyles” folder to: /yourdomain.com/phpBB/ext/

Note:Your file path should now look like this: /yourdomain.com/phpBB/ext/planetstyles/flightdeck/ Enabling the extension

Enabling the extension Navigate to: ACP (Admin Control Panel) → “Customise” (tab) Below “Disabled Extensions”, locate: “PlanetStyles Flight Deck (v2)” Click “Enable” and confirm Important: Browse to ACP Home and click “Run Now” next to “Purge Cache”. (This is necessary to allow colour picker to function correctly).

But my path looks like this

public_html/mysite.com/forum/ext/phpbb/planetstyles/flightdeck\

When I go to phpbb first there is an extension but not ext public_html/mysite.com/forum/phpbb/extension/planetstyles/flightdeck

In either case I am not seeing a link for “Disabled Extensions” in my ACP? BTW my forum isn’t loaded onto the dot.com but a forum folder. Can someone please help me figure this out?

I figured it out. The paths from the documentation file aren’t updated or something?

The path for the actual flight deck should be like this public_html/yourwebsite.com/forum/ext/planetstyles/flightdeck

disregard the forum part if yours is on the .com, I really like this style and I want it to work.

Hello!

Yep, the correct file path should be:

public_html/yourwebsite.com/forum/ext/planetstyles/flightdeck
