Please, inform, can the visitor book the table online from, for example, 14:20 till 17:40? Now they may book only by two hours and only in two hours, it is rather big period for this.
Also is there the protection from bot booking? It is very easy to book all tables with help of online booking bot script, unfortunately.
Another question concerning the used gallery on your demosite http://giardino.axiomthemes.com/cobbles/ : it doesn’t allow the switching between photos by keyboards keys <- and -> or by using of touch-screen. The visitor must open one image, close it, open next image, close it and so on. Is it possible to activate the keyboards/touchscreen controls for gallery?

We used Table Reservation plugin (free version) for booking feature. Here are available time intervals for Booking – http://prntscr.com/m4ivap, http://prntscr.com/m4ivmu
The plugin doesn’t include additional settings for bot protection, however you may try installing captcha plugins for that.
Absolutely! You can easily enable controls for Ess. grid gallery in the settings.
Essential Grid, WPBakery page builder, Slider Revolution are bundled with the theme.
