If you can see the images, but the feed does not get updated then it must be some sort of caching feature that you have. Cheers!

How can I hide the tags of the posts when they are showed at the homepage? Actually, what I would like to do is to show a custom header above the headline. If this is not possible, the second option would be to show just one tag above the headline. And if none of those two options can be done, I want to hide all tags and simply show the headline.

When you download the theme you have the option to download the Installable WordPress file only or All files and documentation. Make sure that you select All files and documentation and you will find a Documentation folder inside the zip file.

That is because you are using the boxed layout option and in this case some space is left on the sides, because you are supposed to have a different background color.
You can adjust that option on the general tab of the theme options.

The easiest way is to create a post category that will be displayed only on that silder (the “Latest Posts” page element has a filter option where you can select this category). You can change this when you are editing the homepage content using the page builder.

Yes I thought it would be like page builder drag and drop feature which is a lot easier to use but this theme does not support it. Sorry to mess you around as I initially thought it would have this feature but this seems more complicated as I was used to the other one. I would be grateful if you could initiate a full refund please.

my friend and I we purchased the shout theme and we really love it. To not break up our site, we decided to set up the theme on one domain, which is rarely visited and then transfer the whole thing to another domain.
Unfortunately these are two different servers, so a simple relocation of items does not work.
As I tried to install the theme on the “live” platform, I received the message, that I had to input the key.
But the key is already registered with the first domain. How can I switch the theme to the new domain? I did not find a button to change the domain, the theme is registered with.

Wordpress really needs at least 5.6 and preferably 7.0. I will proceed with the install but it is possible that I might run into some issues. Perhaps you could in the meantime ask the hosting company if they can raise the PHP version?
