Does this theme contain license activation, if so, how does one build on local

For the moment Centaurus does not have any license activation, you can use it simply by purchasing it and installing all required plugins.

can you check child theme with recent theme update? When I edit shop page options i cannot remove the sidebar and prices are not showing up under products anymore. This does not occur when main theme is active.

Please check on the Appearance > Customize > Shop > Layout not the Style, you have to switch from meta inside to meta outside. They are different sections with different options.

this worked after resaving. however, the sidebar cannot still be removed when using child theme. I have tested this locally and on AWS.

I have tested this with wordpress default themes and this error does not occur.

It looks like both WooCommerce and Elementor are showing errors – that’s probably because another plugin is calling that code.
This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to default theme and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

centaurus-wp-style-inline-css <- Printing Inline styles will eventually cause issues with the mini-cart when you choose header skin light and making the header absolute as well. You have media query style that will always be overwritten by printing inline.

Actually that CSS comes from the style options, so they are meant to override anything and work as the first ones.

Well, the audio is by default off, that was the Elementor idea, since many browsers blocked the autoplay if the video is not muted, that may be the case. If you want to have an audio video, that won’t be autoplayed and you have to use the video element instead.

Hi, I tested the theme with Pingdom and the demo is getting a score of 90+ for performance, however, when I installed it on my end it only gets a grade of 70. Are there any additional configurations that need to be done to get the same performance as the themeforest demo?

Yes, actually you need some improvements to make it even faster. I will list some of the steps that will help your website very much.
1) Compress and resize the images, please make sure to use the right dimension of the images in the right place, for example, you can have the grid of the portfolio with three columns, so basically each image will have the display width of 300-400 pixels maximum, I would suggest you keep the size of that image 400*1.5 = 600 pixels wide, so that will perform a lot better and won’t lose its resolution.
2) Use a cacher. We use the W3 Total Cache which we think is the best for us, but you can you use any of the cache plugins you think that is the right choice for you. The cache plugin will serve all pages as static resources so the page loading time will drop way too much.

3) Use the Autoptimize plugin to combine all js files in one file and all css files in one file.

i already solved prior to reviewing with custom css. you got other issues to when you use paypal as the paypal button messes up add to cart hover in the menu and checkout page button is misaligned.

There is not any theme that does not have bugs, we try our best to fix & improve our theme to make it have less and fewer bugs, but we can’t do that without the help of our customers and I don’t believe that anyone can. Many clients help us by sending screenshots of issues, so we can fix them easier and faster.
I am testing it on my localhost, checkout seems alright when PayPal is added as payment.

We have never mention that you can change the header or footer with Elementor, that feature is supported by only few themes around the ThemeForest, leaving a 4 star review only why we do not have header & footer builder is not fair. We’ve never mention it.

I “suggested” the header and footer as something to be added to the theme only. The theme is not 5 star quality, it’s as simple as that and I’m being overly modest by granting you 4 stars. You clearly state “no coding knowledge required” meanwhile a non-coder cannot simply change colors within your theme without using CSS to change specific colors. That’s called false advertisement.
Go check your theme and identify all of your hover pseudo classes and look for the color ”#02c39a” and explain how that color is to be changed without coding knowledge.

You can simply download a fresh copy of Centaurus and the issue will be gone. So minus that one, the theme still doesn’t need coding knowledge.
