They say Chade theme is 100% fully responsive. Too bad support is not the same. Shame I have to come to this section to say it, but it seems you simply won’t answer me anymore. You have me the runaround for several days under the excuse that you don’t have access to my site. I gave you credentials and now 0 replies. The theme is so beautiful but so, so full of bugs. Let me know if there is a chance you can help me or I should wait for that refund.

Also, at the end, it is apparently impossible to change the text in the secondary footer (the one in orange). This is what I am asking for about a week and no answer still.

Our theme works correctly with WordPress 5. One thing, that the existing default classic editor is set to be replaced, with the integration of the new Gutenberg editor into the WordPress core. Developers are currently working hard to make plugins and themes compatible with the new Gutenberg editor. However, it is possible that many of these will not be fully compatible with Gutenberg for some time.
If you think this may be the case for your WordPress site, or you won’t be quite ready to use Gutenberg, then retaining the classic editor, may be helpful for you.
To disable the Gutenberg plugin and revert back to the classic editor, you will be able to simply use the Classic Editor plugin.( https://en-nz.wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ )

I have emailed your support but still no response. On the main demo homepage, in the slider item I changed text from get quote to contact us – but it wont update front end of website. i then added a new slider item altogether and put the button text in as contact us on second button, but still on front end of website is showing get quote. why is the button set default to this?

Hi, nice theme, however the instruction document is lacking a bit, for example, the footer section in the theme options has a box for “copywrite text”, however the box is prefilled with the word “Array” and underneath it just says “You are editing langauge: ()” – what does this mean? As when I try editing the text it doesn’t change anything. The footer “sidebar” which populates the footer widgets is overlapping the copywrite text too as per screenshot: http://prntscr.com/l83je2 It also mentions there are 5 x kinds of header designs to choose from in the theme details on here, however there are only options to add a sidebar to the header or make it transparent, where are the options to choose from the layouts shown? I’ve filled in these details http://prntscr.com/l83ry0 – too under “top contact fields” however they don’t show up anywhere? Thanks in advance

Thanks i’ve done that, it may be wise to explain how the copywrite text box works and how to change headers is exlpained better either here for possible future and current purchasers or in your documentation manual that comes with the theme as currently the information is missing.

To change the footer copyright please move to Site Options/Header and Footer.
To use different styles of menu you should combine settings in Site Options/Menu and Header and Footer For example enable Sidebar in Header

Hi, the copywrite section doesn’t change anything when i put in the text i want, as per the comment from imsonline and my previous comment. The footer section is alsostill overlapping the pre-filled and unchangeable copywrite section that is there at the moment, as per my previous screenshot. Please don’t put it’s difficult to assess on here as other authors post help, the theme clearly has a few bugs which have been highlighted and need fixing if you can sort asap please.

When you say you have fixed this in the previous update, when was this? As there is no changelog on the theme item details page, so if I download the latest files will this resolve it as I purchased the theme on Friday?
