Hello,
I just purchased your theme and it seems that eltdf-core plugin shuts down my entire website. i need to erase the plugin from the root. i can’t access any of the wordpress functions. I downloaded the latest wordpress kit and your latest updated version. I tried to also upload it manually and the same problem occurs. Is it something that my hosting provider must do or do i need to do something else? Thx.

Good afternoon, I’m having problems importing the demo content. I have followed step by step the instructions included in the documentation even the the troubleshooting FAQ part, and I still can’t see it working.. Into the import tab I’m able to see only the ION demo content, (I don’t know If it should show me more demos)... After I selected the Ion demo content, import type all, and import attachments yes… It doesn’t do anything, it shows me 100% complete but nothing is loaded… Any additional suggestion or something, thank you…

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
In the following text we’ll explain how the bundled plugins work:
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Pages do accept SVG icons, however, logo field accepts PNG, JPEG and GIF format only, so you’ll have to convert your SVG to GIF, for example, if there’s an animation included.

Hello, Where can i change the image size of the “Product Thumbnail Images”. According to woocommerce documentation the size can be found on woocommerce > settings > products > display Cant see the display submenu.

In WooCommerce 3.3, plugin author removed thumbnail image sizes so you won’t be able to set dimensions anymore, but as you can see here: https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/11/wc-3-3-image-size-improvements/
You can add custom image size as covered here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Customizing-image-sizes-in-3.3
So you can add following code for gallery size inside function which hooks onto after setup theme hook:

hope I won’t become a pain now.
I placed the code you mentioned in my functions.php.
The thing is that this is an example of an image exported as a gallery product image:
(i shortened the source of full site url – on the actual code the image source url is full https:// ...)
As you can see the sizes attribute needs to change too and become sizes=”(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px”
Once I do this when I inspect the element on the browser the image becomes clear.
On which file I need to go and edit this?

They also provide a plugin. I used the plugin prior editing the theme file. The mobile menu acts the same way.
What am asking is if the mobile menu use any kind of cookies. I want to contact the service I use and i want to know as much info as possible to resolve the issue.

To see if this is a theme-related problem, or user-related, you should remove all 3rd party plugins that you installed after theme purchase. You should also remove all custom code from template files you may have inserted.
