Hi, I have a problem. When I added product to basket automatically I go to Basket. Eg https://thevoux.fuelthemes.net/shop/ . I can’t change this option in Woocomerce. I think the skin option forces the passage to the basket. It’s a bug? When I buy 10 product, I must go 10 times to basket
and come back to cat

I purchased the Voux Theme last April 2017. I am trying to install it now (since I changed hosting company etc) but the Envato Purchase Code or the Registration Key do not work.
Whats wrong?
I know that I don’t have support any more but WHY I cannot register a theme that I have purchased.
Thanks
Hi there, registration should work. Please make sure that you are using the exactly the same WordPress URL inside Settings > General.
Hello, why is the sidebar on mobile article pages not visible? Thanks!
That’s because there is infinite loading
So there is no way to place the sidebar on mobile article pages?
You can do it, but it would break the infinite loading. Please open a support ticket where we can help you.
Hey there, can you please respond to my service request, ticket number 1458002
Hi there, I cannot find a ticket with number 1458002.
Hi there, I liked the video header demo “Catherine” and I want to purchase this template. Before that I want to know whether this video header supports MOV format videos directly or we need to convert that video into mp4 to work on video header ? Thanks
Hi there, MOV videos cannot be played cross-browser so you need to use a .MP4 file.
I am having the exact same issue with pagination that many others who have commented. I’m too fed up with how constantly broken this theme seems to be to pay for support again.
Please advise what is needed to make page 2, 3, 4 etc work from the homepage, instead of reloading the same posts that were already there. I can see that someone who reported this 5 months ago and shared their website like still has the issue.
Any update on what’s happening with pagination? Pretty dodgy for a website visitor to hit page 2 and get the same content all over again.
Hi Kel, we are actually working on it, did not want to reply so your comment does not get “read” status on our end.
Please reply to this comment so it says on our dashboard
Thanks.
Bump. This is ongoing. I’m sure that my website visitors would like page 2 to actually go to a second page of different/previous articles and not the same ones again on a loop.
Hi there, we are preparing a new update for this.
Great, looking forward to it.
Please which Font was used for The Article Title and article/post texts
Hi there, please open a support ticket at https://fuelthemes.ticksy.com/
I have never experienced so many issues with one theme! I have purchased so many other themes and this one by far is the most buggy in every aspect! It was mission impossible to transfer the DEMO and now uploading images is also an issue. I called my hosting company and they confirm how buggy this theme is. Definitely a shame because the graphics are actually nice!
Demo content is hosting related. I can send you the .xml file and if that does not work, you know it is not a theme issue.
Just fyi, image upload has nothing to do with the theme
Hi Guys! Hope you’re all doing great. Wanted to let you know that uploading of ‘Sponsored’ Post logo/image in WP admin is no longer working since latest update. Even the text fo rthe sponsor’s name doesn’t show up when you choose not to add a logo. We’re using Firefox just in case you need to know (might also be faulty for other browsers). Pls kindly check and fix. Thanks for all your hard work!
Hi, can ou kindly let me know whether this ha been fixed and when the update would be available? Thanks
Hi there, we have identified the issue and it will be fixed on next version.
My website has failed to upload images for galleries. Upon investigation, we have discovered that with every image upload, The Voux these is creating MANY image sized files on the website host. Due to this, the website has hit a maximum number of files quota and requires us to delete files as well as install a plugin to override this (I’ll be using https://wordpress.org/plugins/image-sizes/).
We are a music website and every live music review includes at LEAST 20 images, and there are several gigs per month. We’ve obviously quickly reached limits due to the excessive number of image sizes that The Voux activates. We’re unable to find a setting to change this within the theme.
I previously paid for support, but I refuse to repeat that, after I’ve personally solved issues on my own that your team were unable to. (ie. having a large number of categories causing the theme options to not load or save)
This seems extreme, for every single image uploaded:
thevoux-thumbnail (Custom, 90×90 pixel, cropped) thevoux-single (Custom, 585×300 pixel, cropped) thevoux-vertical (Custom, 300×400 pixel, cropped) thevoux-masonry (Custom, 450×9999 pixel, not cropped) thevoux-style1 (Custom, 370×280 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style2 (Custom, 450×450 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3 (Custom, 760×600 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3small (Custom, 370×200 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style9 (Custom, 340×200 pixel, cropped) thevoux-widget (Custom, 340×150 pixel, cropped) thevoux-thumbnail-small (Custom, 45×180 pixel, cropped) thevoux-thumbnail-2x (Custom, 180×180 pixel, cropped) thevoux-thumbnail-3x (Custom, 270×270 pixel, cropped) thevoux-thumbnail-mini (Custom, 20×20 pixel, cropped) thevoux-single-small (Custom, 292×600 pixel, cropped) thevoux-single-2x (Custom, 1170×600 pixel, cropped) thevoux-single-3x (Custom, 1755×900 pixel, cropped) thevoux-single-mini (Custom, 20×10 pixel, cropped) thevoux-vertical-small (Custom, 150×800 pixel, cropped) thevoux-vertical-2x (Custom, 600×800 pixel, cropped) thevoux-vertical-3x (Custom, 900×1200 pixel, cropped) thevoux-vertical-mini (Custom, 20×26 pixel, cropped) thevoux-masonry-small (Custom, 225×9999 pixel, not cropped) thevoux-masonry-2x (Custom, 900×9999 pixel, not cropped) thevoux-masonry-3x (Custom, 1350×9999 pixel, not cropped) thevoux-masonry-mini (Custom, 20×9999 pixel, not cropped) thevoux-style1-small (Custom, 185×560 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style1-2x (Custom, 740×560 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style1-3x (Custom, 1110×840 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style1-mini (Custom, 20×15 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style2-small (Custom, 225×900 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style2-2x (Custom, 900×900 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style2-3x (Custom, 1350×1350 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style2-mini (Custom, 20×20 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3-small (Custom, 380×1200 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3-2x (Custom, 1520×1200 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3-3x (Custom, 2280×1800 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3-mini (Custom, 20×15 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3small-small (Custom, 185×400 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3small-2x (Custom, 740×400 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3small-3x (Custom, 1110×600 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style3small-mini (Custom, 20×10 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style9-small (Custom, 170×400 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style9-2x (Custom, 680×400 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style9-3x (Custom, 1020×600 pixel, cropped) thevoux-style9-mini (Custom, 20×11 pixel, cropped) thevoux-widget-small (Custom, 170×300 pixel, cropped) thevoux-widget-2x (Custom, 680×300 pixel, cropped) thevoux-widget-3x (Custom, 1020×450 pixel, cropped) thevoux-widget-mini (Custom, 20×8 pixel, cropped)
Hi there, you can use the “thb_image_sizes_filter” to modify which image sizes theme generates.
We’ve removed image files that had 20 pixel width (because we didn’t believe they were being used) and now the homepage of the website takes a considerably long time to load. When we look at the source and where the loading stops, it is looking for the 20 pixel images, can’t find them, so has to go to a redirection.
Why would the main page load require 20 pixel images? Is doing the update above going to affect this?
Hi there, the 20px images are used for lazy loading. A blurred 20px is shown before the real image is being loaded. You can turn off lazy loading inside theme options.
Thank you. I’ve ensured lazy loading is off now.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but it seems that the “thb_image_sizes_filter” is only called for the website’s initial installation/setup. If we edit this file, it doesn’t seem like it’s going to impact the tens of thousands of files that are in excess at all. We’re hitting our host’s limit of 250,000 files and having 53 files for every image we upload is a significant factor of this.
Using the plugin ‘Image Sizes’ and unchecking all of the thevoux-style* options helps with the NEW images we upload, but we need a way to clean up the previous excessive files that we didn’t realise were being created.
How do we remove these files without causing the theme to break? Plugins such as Regenerate Thumbnails still refer to The Voux image sizes.
Hi Kel, this plugin deletes the old images and then re-creates them according to new sizes: https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
As an update, just letting you know that this plugin corrected the issue. The number of files went from 240,000 to 48,000.
That’s great to hear
Does anyone else have the problem that all images in the articles are always in a certain size? Even the small ones are made larger so the quality is horrible. No matter what I do (change the size in settings, change it in html) the theme always corrects it
Help is very much appreciated! I don’t want to get support again for this issue.
Hi there, if you mean the featured images on top articles, that’s actually pretty easy to change. We can help you on our support forum
I can’t upgrade to the latest theme since it always breaks WPBakery Page Builder and only shows up texts when I try to upgrade. Always have to downgrade the theme to the old one… WP: 5.1.1 WPBakery Page Builder: 5.7 VOUX: 3.1.3
Have you installed the Voux – Required Plugin after updating your theme?
I did update WP: 5.1.1 first before the VOUX to update. Then I knew that layouts were broken since the visual composer (old one) didn’t work. So I updated the VOUX to the latest one and were able to update to the WPBakery Page Builder: 5.7 as and the latest VOUX as well. Then I saw that WPBakery Page Builder did not work with the website and layouts werebrokem… So I downgraded the theme to the old one.
What can I do for this?
Yes, but did you install “the Voux – Required Plugin” after updating your theme?
Hi,
I would like to ask, if The Voux template compatible with Elementor? Thx for your help.
Hi there, you can use elementor, but our grid styles are available only in WPBakery Page Builder.
Hello! How can I open the Social Icons in Footer in a new window?
Hi lisagra, they open in a new window(tab) by default.
Hi,
For some reason, WP Bakery is not loading on my website. As a result, with the Gutenberg Update, when I try to use the frontend editor, I can’t edit my homepage (it keeps disappearing), while the backend editor is incomprehensible. Please help!
Please update the WPBakery page builder
Where do you find the newsletter settings, the current subscribers and how to sync it through mailchimp?
Update i found how to download the subscribers but i want to sync it up so they land in my mailchimp list and i can add a double opt in.
You need to have a purchases badge to receive support.
Really this theme was already brought a long time ago. Do you have the theme training manual then that i can see as it was set up ages ago we just need to change it from active campaign to mail chimp.
Unfortunately, you would need to login using the account that you bought the theme from.
Well i guess that won’t happen has the original web designer is now uncontactable. Another reason not to use themes that keep asking for money for support rather then having a theme training manual. Won’t be recommending this theme.
You don’t technically own the product
We cannot provide support to you however you see the situation.
The Voux doesn’t seem to work with new Word Press Gutenberg Editor which I hate anyway. I couldn’t update or publish until I added the Classic Editor plug-in. But will there be an update to make that work?
Hi there, have you updated the WPBakery Page Builder plugin to latest version?
Yep and also for some odd reason it asks me to click to get WP Bakery Page Support’s free support then says I am not autuorized to do so.
xoxo
My top carousel is arbitrarily pulling in posts from August 2018 instead of my latest posts. Site designed using Demo 1. How can I change that?
Hi there, please open a support ticket at https://fuelthemes.ticksy.com/
Hi, is there a landing page template for the Voux Catherine demo? Thanks
You can use any pre-made page template within Fuel Studio.
I’m not quite sure what this means? Do I build it from scratch? How do I remove the menu from this page? Thank you
Please read your documentation regarding Fuel Studio. You can manage your menus from Appearance > Menus.
When I’m going to save what I’ve edited in the theme options, it goes to the wp-admin / options.php link and shows a series of SERIALIZED DATA items. How to solve?
Please open a support ticket
I bought the theme, I can send you the purchase code. But at the moment I can not renew, I can not renew the purchase with this problem. I made the purchase, ha more than 1 year ago, and now I have been using the theme and have this error. Can you help or release me in any way so I can create the ticket? I’m not getting it and I really need to solve this problem.
Unfortunately, you need to renew your support. The other customers are not having any issue.
42 $ just to tell you what the problem is?
To tell a problem that exists in your theme. I installed another Aku theme and the customization is fine.
You told us what the problem is, but the other customers are not having a similar issue, which means it is not theme related.
I’ll forward it to developers, but they ‘ll need to look at your site and they cannot do that without a ticket ID.
I understand you, but try to understand me too… Anyway, I tested other themes and it worked. When I’m going to change the settings of your theme and save I’m redirected to /wp-admin/options.php and not saved.
I can not create a ticket because it says my key has expired.
Probably something to do with your hosting settings, maybe max input variables?
I do not think so, it’s set up like that.
max_execution_time = 60 max_input_vars = 2000 memory_limit = 256M post_max_size = 256M upload_max_filesize = 512M
Unfortunately, that’s as much as we can help you, I don’t think this is a theme option. None of the customers are having any issues at the moment.
If there was an issue like this, we would get complaints from every customer.
Hi, the hamburger on mobile is a black icon on top of a dark header image, so it’s not visible.
Mobile Menu Color is set to Light.
Is there another setting to make the hamburger white or to display the full menu at the top of mobile?
Thanks!
Hi Michele, there is an option inside theme options to change the color of the hamburger menu.
Thank you! Found it under “Customization”
