Hello Team, We recently purchased the ‘ella’ theme. Now we are facing an issue with variant products. The variants are not changing (for example price when choosing different color or size).

With new Ella theme, we no longer use mailchimp. When your customers submit newsletter form, you will see customer email in Customer Section in your shopify admin.

Hello, can you please tell me how the image resize option works for product images? We have set image to crop images so that all product images show same size but it did not work all product images on home, collection and product pages are all different sizes. How to fix this? We sell our own products and from drop-ship companies so images are not going to be all same size. How to make it so all product images are same sizes with your theme? thank you

With resize image feature in Ella theme, when you choose it, your product images will be aligned center. It won’t crop all images to be the same size because Ella theme has Masonry layout. But if you want us to help you align all images to be the same size, we can support you adjust it

i would like to buy this but i am selling shoes, each shoes has a few colors and 10 sizes of shoes, in category page, is it possible only show the colors option but not the shoes size option?? because shoes size are a lot and that would be very messy.

Thank you so much for your attention to our theme. Answer for your question: Ella theme uses Filter by tags, this means you need to add tags for products to show for filter option on Category page so if you don’t want to have Size option for Filter, just don’t use it.

Thank you for contacting us. To use LTR version for your site, you will need to install the default version. Please use Ella 3.0.0 for the newest version.

Hi, I’d like to buy this theme but I have a couple of questions: 1) is there an option for this: “Notify me when this product is available” (when you are out of stock) 2) Is there an option to add a double Instagram bar? so the website shows 2 horizontal rows of images. 3) is it possible the instagram bar on mobile display 2 columns of images but vertically align?

Thank you for contacting us. The new Ella version is using bootstrap 4 and has totally different theme structure so the only way to update theme is re-install and re-setup website with new theme.

- Could you please let us know which ella version you are using? Are you using 1.0.0 or 3.0.0?

Im having a big problem on the product page, im selling something that is sold by letters and under the opitons to pick which letter you want it says colors: with white circles an it says the letter once hovering over the circles instead of showing the letters also with some of my other products, it has the same issue. could i change that?
