I have purchased Egret – Angular 7+ Material Design Admin Template and there is a bug noticed in the horizontal theme.
The horizontal top menu disappears when empty notification sidebar slides in after clicking on the bell icon located in the horizontal menu at the top right position. Kindly check this issue.

Which version are you talking about? I don’t see that bug in current version.

For Egret – Angular 7:
I am using your template. In desktop it works fine.
When I see it on my iPhone 8 Plus mobile, when I scroll down I expect the bottom nav bar to disappear. But it is persistent and cutting off few lines at the bottom.
How do I disable bottom nav bar on iPhone when I use this template.
Which “bottom nav bar” ? Egret doesn’t have a bottom nav bar.

bottom bar with < >, is getting displayed when I use Egret. It has to be hidden automatically.

You can look at the live site that shows bottom navigation panel “< >”. I want to get rid of the panel when the user scrolls down.

You can notice two lines were cut off in iPhone safari due to bottom navigation bar “< >”
You can add extra padding-bottom to ”.rightside-content-hold”. Add this to your css .rightside-content-hold {
padding-bottom: 65px;
}
This is just padding the spaces in the bottom to make it right. I am interested in not displaying in the bottom navigation bar “< >”.
If you scroll down in https://www.ktastro.com/, it will auto hide the bottom navigation bar “< >”.
But “auto hide” is not happening when I use egret. Can you please help me on this?
I think if you disable custom scrollbar(I used ngx-perfectSrollbar), that browser bottom bar will disappear on scroll down. I’ve added a option for disabling scrollbar. please check out.

if you are using old version, you need to remove [perfectScrollbar] directive used in ”/shared/components/layouts/admin-layout/admin-layout.template.html”

Even though the app is working well, that error makes me feel worried, because it looks like very important and project breaking.
The next question i would like to ask you is:
Using the navegation service, i change the menu based in the user rol, however it only works once, if i logout and login with another user, the menu does not change, it only changes if i reload the webpage with f5.
How can I make it works when the user logout and login again without having to reload the page.

After successful login, you need to call “publishNavigationChange(userRole)” and pass user role to that.
And for the first problem, you can try deleting node_modules folder then run “npm install”.

Hi, there is no parameter for that. But you can disable. open this file “app/shared/components/layouts/admin-layout/admin-layout.template.html” and comment out ”<app-header-top>” and ”<app-sidebar-side>”.

You need to edit “defaultMenu” array inside “app/shared/services/navigation.service.ts” of seed project.

Right now Egret don’t support icon in submenu. But you can customize the template “src/app/shared/components/sidenav/sidenav.template.html”.

Thanks. Also wanted to ask about shared module. It looks like you’re importing some modules but not exporting them, so modules that import the shared module have to import those again. Is this intentional?
