Hi, your ticketing system is broken so I’m asking here.

Your WooCommerce Shop Filter Widget isn’t working. When I click on it, nothing happens, neither filter I set up will show up. Could you look into the issue? I deactivated all plugins (except Woo, Elementor and your theme plugin) and deleted my custom CSS, it still won’t work.​ When look into the code, it seems widget will show up, but for whatever reason they are hidden.

What is the recommended size for the slideshow images? Is it 1710×800? Can we use larger images with 1920px width? When we post our 1710×800 images they are getting stretched out.

I purchased this theme a month ago. Do you have any new updates for this? because woocommerce says

"Your theme (Frido) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce."

Hi dear Opal team. Love that theme (purchased it) but there is few things that bothers me and are really missing in Frido theme:

1) The description section is clearly bad looking on mobile, just see here:

not aligned well by default.

Also it could be really useful to be able to customize it and also have it in “tab view” for instance.

2) As an Elementor Pro user, despite being “compatible”, I can’t customize the “product single page” with woocommerce builder in Elementor Pro as it messes with theme woo custom css style.

Something really useful would be to add a better way to also customize product page layout with shortcode like in Flatsome theme for example.

Let’s say I want the price to show after short description… I just can’t do that at the moment.

I mean what’s the use of having a Elementor compatible theme if we can only customize header, footer and page, not actual shop and single product layout. The default customizer is to bare IMHO.

3) Also where is the “scarcity effect” timer settings? I don’t see any settings for it.

For instance see here, I select a product on the demo content:

And in Woo dashboard I don’t see any setting for this.

4: In the doc, you mention that for updating theme, we have to do it manually? Why don’t you add an autoupdate with license key or whatever? I can’t imagine this on a production site.

Don’t get me wrong it’s a wonderful theme with a great future If you continue to develop it seriously, but it really lack important features/options.

I need some help again please. These links in the top header for cart doesn’t seem to set correctly. If I edit the header builder there is no way there to set the links for cart / checkout – how can i correct this? I am using header 2.

If I enable ‘Sticky’ on a column nothing seems to happen. Is there something else I should enable under the theme itself to make the column sticky when you scroll down?

e.g. I have locations of stores on the left column and all the stores details on the right column. So you would like to keep seeing the list of stores from the left menu when you are further down the page.

Hi, I bought the theme ans am busy setting it all up. The wishlist icon at the top doesn’t seem to show – is there a specific plugin I needed to install as well to show it? I don’t see anything on the list of recommended plugins.

As I need to add in additional features to a product page template. Can I change and add items to the product page templates you have created using Elementor?
