Messaged support but they never responded. Waited over a day now. I have a very important problem in which I have to set the boxed width of the website to 1600 but I have no idea how to do that with this theme .My last theme had an option for it.

The issue you are getting is from wrong product id or variant id and not theme issue
This issue usually happens when you deleted code of product id or variant id so js cannot get id.

Hello,
I bought this theme today, it’s very nice but I have 2 big problems about the filters: - When choosing 2 brands, all the products of the 2 brands must be displayed. There, nothing is displayed because it works with “and” instead of “or” ? - Filters are not displayed on the search page
Can you help me please otherwise I don’t think I will keep this theme. I tried to add an application (product filter and search) but it ruins the whole theme.

Our theme and other themes work with tags for product filter, it is default feature of shopify. You must add tags for each of product. With your case, please contact us at support@halothemes.com so we can find the solution for you if possible or you can refer to use this app: bootscommerce

Are there any instructions on how to upgrade the theme without having to reselect every image, label, etc. There is way too much work/effort to reselect each time… there has to be a better way.

The old version is bootstrap 3 with 1 layout and the new one is bootstrap 4 with multiple layouts, you must setup again

Which specific version changed to bootstrap 4? (i.e. 3.0.0 or 2.0.0). Also, you released a second version of 3.0.0 on Apr 25. How does one update to the newer 3.0.0 from the previously released 3.0.0 with setup again?
On an aside, would it be possible to have unique version numbers for each release?

3.0.0 is bootstrap 4.
The newest update in change log is for fixing some small bugs.

I’m having the same issue as “faithmediallc”. I’ve re-downloaded the theme last night (as you’ve mentioned you updated it) but the Instagram feed still doesn’t show up. I’ve entered the token, it’s either the demo display that shows up or nothing at all. Very disappointed…and even more than that, to require a further purchase of support for YOUR bugs, not for mistakes on our part or lack of knowledge…
