hi. how can I reset my password to process a ticket since I dont remember the email? (agenciadisplay is my login) Into my wordpress panel I cant access the reservations anymore. The button wont show, even from the agenda. My clients are making reservations and I cant see anything.

Hello I wanted to tell you that relative to request #29360 made last month, the problem has not been fixed. The possibility of having the fixed menu is still missing.
Also after today’s second update, the theme option doesn’t work! It is not possible to change the settings of any menu and there are areas of the option panel that are not visible!

I am having some big problems modifying the header in this theme and hope you can help me.
I imported the demo “esperanza” and I don’t want the header to be transparent, I want it to be solid white. I have turned off “Header Transparent” in Header options and have chosen white in “Main header … Header background color.”
However, there is no change at all on the header on the home page, not in “rooms” or “about” either. The header only changes on services, news, gallery and contact-page? On these pages there are also now a very big gap between the menu and the page title. What is happening?
Also, first I changed the header in “Header builder”. I removed the social links and phone number. I also changed the logo. BUT when I changed the header background color all these settings was reset to the demo settings and my changes disappeared?
I use WordPress 5.2.1 and latest version of the theme (I just bought it). Running on localhost now so can’t send link.

Please make sure that the “transparent header” option is disabled under the STM View Settings. You can check it via editing the needed page from the Dashboard – http://prntscr.com/ns27zu .

Okey now the header is not transparent anymore. Changing the option under “STM View Settings” on the page worked. I can now change the header background color in the themes settings.
However, more problems: I cannot change the “Header text color” and “Header text color on hover”, nothing happens.
I cannot send site credentials as I am running on Localhost.
I saw on the wordpress.org-site for “Pear Header Builder” that others had problems with changing header colors with your theme. So maybe you have some solution for this?

Hi, I just installed the theme from envato elements, and I agree its great, but it seems something is missing, theres no place to put paypal API in theme options as in the doc, and even after allowing paypal in hotelier – payments, nothing happens.

My question is do your booking date selection screen support this kind of thing? In short what I need is, I have a reservation website url like this = www.url.com/ng=1&ro=1&ad=1&ci=19.04.2019 your reservation system needs to change these numbers according to dates entered and then redirect to website with these numbers.
