The Pro version has extended functionality which can’t work in all the available themes.

I bought the Qudos theme and when I use Elementor Pro, the menu and footers are not visible!!! There is a conflict that is happening. It works with Elementor but not the Pro version!!! I want to use Elementor Pro so it now looks like I cannot use this theme. I have spent days on it and also emailed you but no response as yet. I had to go and find out. This is infuriating!!

The support ticket is 25397. You may not claim that it works for Pro but as an elementor theme, you cannot assume that no one will be using the pro version. Just because you dont have it, many many people do! Its terrible that you wouldn’t spend the money to test it before bringing it to market. Why go to all teh effort of developing a theme for it not to work on Pro as well as Free!!!
We bring it to the market because most of the customers do not wish to pay for the Pro version and spend extra money if they can use the free version. It requires a lot of extra work to support all the widgets in the Pro version and the main problem is that they always make the changes which affect the work of the theme which can lead to the errors in our customers websites. We have Pro version at moment.
I now cannot use your theme. You should have said that it wasnt compatable. The menu not working is a genuine issue that is preventing me from using the theme. I request a full refund. I should invoice for lost time. You NEED to make your customers aware that it does not work with the pro version!
You could ask this question before the theme purchase. It’s not stated in the product description that the theme is compatible with Pro version, though in the requirements it’s said it’s compatible with Elementor. We can check what’s wrong with your menu but in our theme it works properly.

Hey Is Elementor Pro fully supported with all features? Motion effects, absolute position with all features etc? This is important to know that some themes do not support this and you will be restricted. I would like to make full use of Elementor Pro with all the features and would not like to work blocked or restricted is this possible? Not that I buy something and notice hoppala that does not work. I’ve seen that at Phlox Pro, not a nice thing, I would say. Thank you for specific answers. I’m very interested in the theme but want to build everything myself .. Creative greetings Chris

Ups Okay that’s a little bad, how can I test it I have Elelementor Pro, but I think that maybe the theme does not allow the features to be easily possible but I’m not sure. Is there a way to test something? Possible that everything works. Too bad the pro was not tested;)
Most of our customers use the free version, they do not wish to pay for extra functionality which they won’t use in the future. Please send your inquiry to help at gt3themes dot com and we will send the theme zip file to test it.

Hello! It’s based on Elementor widgets. But if you want or have a simple blog, you can use it without Elementor

Also, despite having removed ALL original Qudos logos and replacing the ones on the header with my own, they’re not showing. When i inspect those elements, they are grabbing the logo from here:

I imported the demo data before and it worked just fine. But there was a problem elsewhere so I started from a clean WP install and this time, the same demo import data is looking at the image for the header elsewhere. The page settings don’t point anywhere else that I can see.

Well, in WP Bakery, you could specify page column layouts, using a 12 column grid. I’ve only ever looked at one elementor theme before and that only allowed 1/3 2/3 – 1/2 1/2 or full width. I’ve seen another elementor theme saying it supports 12 columns, so what about yours?
Also, does this theme require activation of the advanced elementor license to access all the plugins you’ve used?
