Please try to follow the instructions from this link in order to solve these Cross-Origin errors:
https://davidwalsh.name/cdn-fonts These instructions work for all browsers and icon packs.Basically you need to add few lines of code inside of a .htaccess file and it is better to ask you host to do that for you in case that you are not feeling comfortable doing that:

Most of the users were able to solve this cross-origin problem with the solution from that article, but if that does not work for you, you will need to contact your hosting provide support and ask them to fix the Cross-Origin issue, as it is server oriented.

That’s right, only one demo is available, once you install it you will have available all pages as seen on our demo site – in other words there is only one demo site with multiple home page instances.

Guys, what happened here? Theme was updated, and ALL styles in the child theme were disabled, no changing of colors in the backend affects anything. The CSS Editor has no effect nor does a dedicated style sheet. None of the font selections in the options work anymore.
We had a caching even entirely removed and it is doing the same thing on our local test bench.
Please tell me you have a quick fix!

It is possible that something was uploaded wrong or something is corrupt with your WP install.
Download a fresh copy of the theme and install it. Then re-install all required plugins. Before that you can go to Theme Options and then just try to save the changes.

PHP wont be an issue… i have bought many themes from themeforest and completed many projects before this is the second time i am faceing demo upload. i had this kind of issue before and the theme support people uploaded from there end and fixed that issue.. Server wont be a problem since i use Godaddy Lynix hosting and it has good resource since i am prodaddy account holder i feel like it wont be an server issue.. have mailed the user credentails of the wordpress privately.. if u guys can do the import that would be great since ts already late for us suppose to deliver the project

I’m trying to say that a wedding planner can sell to his clients a page for their wedding event, with just a pre wedding photoshoot and event info and even a service to managing your guest number and preference. All hosted in the wedding planner’s site. It’s just a business idea to make some money with the site.
Anyway, I hope my client will choose one of your theme because they are the “prettiest” wedding planner theme for wp I have seen. Whichever the theme my client will choose I’ll try to realize my idea. Best regards, keep up the good work

Well, for such a simple functionality, you don’t need events custom post type as you described previously. You can simply use some of the portfolio types we created, here’s an example http://gretnagreen.elated-themes.com/portfolio-item/coastal-wedding/
You can insert your wedding info manually, including guest list. WPBakery page builder is enabled for custom post types.

On Ipad and mobile the appearance is the same, for example, the footer has only one column and the menu become toggle like on mobile. I wold like to conserve on iPad the same appearance than in a PC.

Great theme – I’m having a problem with removing the background for the menu -http://gretnagreen.elated-themes.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/fullscreenmenu-background-img-1.jpg – each time I make a change in the options and click save the code reappears with this URL despite me removing it from the style sheet – no matter how many times I remove it, as soon as I click save it reappears

Can you let us know when you are planning to release the next update as currently the menu functions (wide, wide with icon) and logo formatting and customization are not working with the latest version of wordpress.
Same goes for WPBakery Vidual Composer.
I should add that your child theme seems to have an issue with the parent style argument.
You have: $parent_style = ‘gretnagreen_elated_default_style’;
However it doesn’t allow for the enqueing of the child style sheet unless you replace it with: $parent_style = ‘gretnagreen-elated-default-style’;

Menu functions are working just fine from our side, we tested this functionality couple of minutes ago. You should add “wide” type for your parent menu item. All our themes are compatible with the latest WP version, perhaps you have some 3rd party plugins installed that are preventing default theme options from working correctly.
