I have literally explained why I did not submit a ticket… Tried with different browsers same thing. “I have tried to submit a new ticket on the support forum, but in the description field the button “Next” is greyed out and unclickable.”

I’ve lost 3 hours trying to import the demo content without sucess. Always appears the same error: Invalid byte position (current: 0, received: 0) during download process. Maybe the demo content file is broken on your server?

I’ve tried to install it first in a Ubuntu Server 16.04 VPS with variables maxed (memory limit, max execution time, post size, etc…) out and PHP 7.2 and 7.3 without sucess

Then I had the idea, to install it in a Windows XAMPP server that generally it’s more flexible about everything and nothing: it just don’t import the demo content. I’ve installed dozens of themes with their demo content before but I can’t seem to install this one.

I want to install the demo content by myself, because if in the future I don’t have priority support I won’t be able to contact the team so they can install the demo content on my behalf and I would like to be autonomous in this sense.

Whats your server max execustion time ?

Set this Php version 7.2 or higher

I’ve opened a ticket but for some reason I can’t write anything, all my messages are empty after writting them.

I have all those variables perfectly set-up but still the same error. I have max_execution_time = 2000 among all the other variables.

Ok, thanks. I have a couple more questions. Is there an option for a sticky menu? (I didn’t see one in the demos.) Also, is the top bar optional? I noticed that only in the transparent header demo, there was no top bar… but is it possible to have one of the other menus without the top bar? Thanks again!

Sorry, No Sticky menu cause this theme is multi page version. You can remove the topbar easily.

I am not sure why you feel like this — elementor for page builder to edit any page and customize the page.

Did you see any page builder default have the feature to edit header footer with the builder? Header and footer are the most fixed style which comes with themes. And you can change color style from customizer. But if you want to change layout which requires customization header and footer.

And I check your support ticket I am afraid to say you don’t have enough idea about how loading a site, how to use WordPress and how page builder and system works.

Or please be patient and give the support team time to check and help you.
