1. Please take a look at this website tester where you can test at different resolutions.

The problem starts happening from 360×640 resolution until about 375×667. At this resolutions the shopping cart, account icon, are showing and the menu icon is hidden, and when the resolution is lower at around 320×568, then the menu icon shows alone and the others not. Having only the menu icon show is better than having the other icons without the menu icon.

Anyway, please test the site with the link I gave you above for all mobile devices, and you will see what’s going on.

2. Regarding the different problem on the iPad, we used a 5th generation 2048×1536 in the video. But the same problem is happening on an older iPad, Gen 2, on both landscape and vertical view. Testing with Quirktools.com is looking fine, but when you use a real iPad, it shows wrong.

Most other iPad testers online are not real device testers, only a real device tester will show you. Make sure to test on a real device tester online or with an actual iPad device.
