1: Yes, there is no limitation about the number of products to use in theme and if the number of products is large, loading will not as fast as website with a few products

2: Yes, it works normally for email of support, last week our company has Annual Vacation for staffs so the response time was late than normal but now it works well

Ella doesn’t support this feature for available if you want to add the section you like which is not available in theme. It has 27 main sections on homepage and you can add them for homepage you want.
