on my home page at slider revolution option i cant choose the template it only shows default

Those templates are for those who buy the plugin directly. The version you have received is under Extended license with full functionality of Slider Revolution. Templates are add-on and you can unlock them if you buy the plugin separately. Our documentation http://themes.radiantthemes.com/unbound/docs/#LicenseActivationReady already covers this. All themes you see in themeforest distribute Slider Revolution under extended license i.e. the version you have received with Unbound.

What’s the error are you getting? You may open a ticket with a temporary access and our support team will check that.

I did open a ticket with login info. I don’t get an error, I just don’t see what was on the creative agency home page – purple with animations.

This is for a business and it was purchased with a different account.

I understand but as per Envato’s policy only the buyer can use the license. So please ask from the account which bought the theme. This measure is required to safe guard real buyer’s account. One license can be used on one domain only. For multiple installations please consider buying separate license. Also, just to let you know that, support for the purchase code has expired 2 months back. Please ask the original buyer to renew support if he/she wants us to check the issue. The theme was updated few hours back and there is no issue with import if hosting supports all required php parameters as described in http://themes.radiantthemes.com/unbound/docs/#GeneralGuidelines

Hi! Please follow the below steps to translate texts from the Theme Option Panel:

1) Visit WPML -> String Translation 2) Click on the blue link at the bottom of the page: “Translate texts in admin screens »” 3) Look for an option similar to “unbound_theme_option”. Expand it and search for _copyright_text. 4) Here you should find 11 strings of copyright text associated with your theme options. 5) Check the checkbox for your strings of interest. 6) Click on the button “Apply”(on the bottom of the page) 7) Now, all the selected strings will appear in the String Translation panel and we can translate those strings.

Banner images are not static. Some images are coming from ‘Slider Revolution’ and some are coming through ‘WPBakery Page Builder’. If you want image silders, then you can use ‘Slider Revolution’. You’ll get ‘Slider Revolution’ plugin with the theme.

To update ‘WPBakery Page Builder’, please delete the ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ plugin first. After that, reinstall and reactivate the plugin again from ‘Appearance > Radintthemes Install Plugins’. Plugin will be updated.

You can disable ‘Short Header’ for blog posts page by choosing ‘NONE’ from ‘Pages > All Pages > Blog > Header Details > Select Short Header’.
