Mega menu plugin is slowing down the backend – especially menu page. It happens on multiple devices. Is mega menu part of some theme functionality or it can work without it?

Thank you for your question. We’ve never seen any problem with performance related to menu. You can disable it if you wish, this way theme will use standard WordPress menu (without sticky / transparent / etc).

Hi! I wanted to know if it is possible to hide locations that haven’t got any properties loaded in. For example, I have New York City as a location, but if my client has not yet uploaded a New York City property I would want for the user that visits the website to not see New York City as an option. If the option is there and the person visiting the website clicked it, they are going to see that there is not a single property in there and that is bad for the UX. I would love to show the user only the locations that have existing properties in it. Thank you very much!

- Admin accept payment manaully (change hold status)

Thank you for your question. # is a part of standard HTML code. This kind of #name can be used to create anchors in the document so other buttons / links can reffer to it without refreshing the page. MyHome use one of the most popular accordion script that is lightweight and it is part of its specification. It is not possible to remove #.

I just updates slider revolution to the most recent version 6.1 and it broke the sliders. Is that a known bug? Should we wait for a theme update to update slider revolution?

Thank you for your comment. MyHome currently works with Revolution Slider 5.X. Revolution Slider 6.X is not a part of current package, because we are waiting for more “stable version” of it to integrate it with theme. There were 10 Revolution Slider 6.X updates between 8th July 2019 to 21th August 2019.
Can you please uninstall this plugin and install version “from the package”? After deleting it you will see notification in the /wp-admin/ panel that one of the “Required plugins” is not installed and it will allow to install it. Hello, I love how this theme works but am having trouble getting the attachments to show up. The module is on and the property has 4 PDFs named and uploaded. Are there directions or examples of this in your start up info? I couldn’t find it, a link would be much appreciated!

Good theme, but have some questions:
1. I dont like the order/sequence of information blocks in Mobile view of a single property. Which file/files control mobile view of a single property? I need to edit it a bit. Or maybe it would be better to do in Additional css? 2. What are possibilities to make filter work faster. Now on each filter section, after choosing something it automatically filters the results app. 2-4 seconds. That is not adequate for 40-60 properties. need it to work faster or have a “apply filter” button. What are possibilities to solve this? 3. How to comment out/dlete the icon and words “Sort by” filter. I need to leave only: Newest; Price ascending; Price descending, etc…? In .po files? 4. When showing the location of the property in the property list and/or single property view with and the small map pin icon in from of it, I would like to have a link on it (map pin and location name) to google maps, opening in a new window? 4.1. Or anothe idea: to make a new field of “Address” for entering a new property, where I would enter the city, street name and house number, and to show this info instead and in place of location info which is being showed right now, but with a link to google maps search by that city, street name and house number? Is it possible to do that with your support?

After close project for many bugs I started now with new update, but I can’t start a good job with this ithem, the big problem is the search, If someone add a property with map form it’s impossible to search this if the city is not on wordpress database, so why a user add address on map form??? why I need to insert manually all city of my nation, postal codes, streets? on other ithem this is simple.

Hi, the theme was working fine till recently and then I’ve been getting a message about “technical difficulties”, it all started when I started to implement the IDX Broker plugin, which honestly, they haven’t been very helpful explaining how to use their software. So I’m trying to figure out if its your theme that’s the problem or the idx broker plugin, or both. In the end, the website was working fine until I activated the plugins I was supposed to activate. I even tried reinstalling Wordpress and then activating the theme and the required plugins from scratch again, and I still get the “technical difficulties” Pop up time to time. I would change servers, but I’m afraid this might happen again. Please help. I will email you my Wordpress site details to support@tangibledesign.net (rightattoronto.com) If you can please check, because I really don’t think it’s a server problem at the moment since my other websites work.
I believe my home core is the plugin problem, actually I’m not totally sure anymore to be honest.

Is there any way to set up the first or cover picture in a property as the featured image of the post itself? Every time I have to share a link of one of my properties it shows the real estate logo and not the property thumbnail. Thanks in advanced for your help!

I need to acces to an atribute I created (id:45) but I do not know how to do it. I have the $myhome_estate variable and I know I can, for example, get the variable name by doing “myhome_estate->get_name()”
How should I get the atribute that I need from tha variable $myhome_estate? I tried “myhome_estate->getAttribute(45); ” but it did not work

Hi! I modified myhome.min.js in the parent theme (I know this is not advised, but I am trying to acomplish something and I need to do it this way). The problem I am having is that it forces the myhome.min.js?ver=3.1.32 and that version it is not the one that I modified, is there a way to force the version 3.1.33 for example?

Thank you for your questions. Editing this file will always break future update compatibility. It is not possible to over-walk this problem because almost all other files depend on this file and almost any change will create bugs when theme is updated. The only option to customize engine and keep future update compatibility is to use original vue.js files that are included in the myhome_package file.
