All menu settings you can find in Appearance > Customize > Navigation. You can disable Side Menu and show only Main and Mobile menus. So, on mobile devices, you will only see the hamburger icon on the right side.

Logo position option you can also find in Customizer.

You can’t do this in the theme options, but you can add styles customizations by yourself or with 3rd-party plugins. For example this one – https://codecanyon.net/item/yellow-pencil-visual-css-style-editor/11322180 (there are also free alternatives).
