Pre-sales question: I have a client who sells fabrics, some by the meter, some by 10 meters, some by kilograms. Is there any option in this theme to support that? EG Quantity 1 doesn’t help in this situation – we need flexibility to say “Quantity 1 Meter or Quantity 10 Kilograms”

during the checkout process – is it possible to change the order of the buttons “proceed to checkout” and “continue shopping”, since in some mobile views the red button is not in the visible area. I think this would be a huge conversion trigger.

Thank you for contacting us. The online document you are seeing is for Ella theme not for Furnitica child theme.
Furnitica theme is a child theme and it has 1 homepage layout so you don’t need the preset, please follow our instruction in User Guide to setup for your site.

Before you decide to purchase a template, please read our theme details and theme information carefully. We already provided very detailed info about our theme. This theme is for Shopify not Wordpress, don’t act as if it is our fault when you cannot use for WP. This template is not available for WP and there are no information on this theme we mention about WP. You should consider carefully when decide to do anything. Thank you

- Shopify and Wordpress are 2 separate plaforms. Ella is for Shopify only at this time. We don’t have wordpress version for this theme at this time. Thank you

can I make the theme look similar like the Bicycle demo? or is there a one click install to make my page like that demo?

When you install theme, layout will be like bicycle demo but it doesn’t have data of demo, data demo is not allowed to include in theme package. Banners will be placeholder banners with size so you can know which banner size you need to design and prepare to show perfectly.
For product blocks, you will choose collections for them… It is very easy with setting by following our theme user guide.

For Ella > SOUNS when I uncheck “image Animation” and select a background the image is still animated. How can I disable the animation?

Hi installed ella 3.0 theme and when a customer adds to cart – the cart does not update until the page is refreshed.
How do we fix this? happens on both mobile and desktop.

We sent email to you. All of your emails are about setting theme which are already answered in our theme document. For all of banners, you need to upload the correct size, using incorrect size will make your banners doesn’t look good. We also have recommended size in placeholder image when you installed theme.
Let spend more time with our theme settings and you can find many interesting options
About support time, it will be 1 ~2 days depend on the number of support tickets and depend on the natural of support ticket. We have priority for “First come, First serve”
