I have just started working on the Project I bought MyHome Theme for today.
I am a little bit confused and I really need some guidance, which are:
1. There is no option to set the expiry date of each price that is setup as Product in WooCommerce or is there another section to set up that? That’s any other option? I really need that and that’s what made me purchase your theme.
2. What does “One time offer” mean?
Here is a screenshot to further explain what I mean: https://ibb.co/86FdBZ73. Is there no way to set the Pricing of each Agency Fee to have the option of submitting based on category of property type? For example:
i.) 5 Land Property Sale, 5 Building Property Sale, 5 Skyscrapers and 3 Featured posting for $300 per monthii.) 3 Flat Rent, 4 Office Rent, 3 Duplex Rent and 2 Featured for $50 per monthIn truth I really want to have the subscription to be monthly and yearly subscription. I remembered I asked that before purchasing your theme.
Your theme is complexly amazing, so I really need guidance. Yes, I am going through your Knowledge base documentation, but still, it look a little bit complex to bring everything altogether.

I have a couple of Pre-Sale questions. Where can I find your change log? What is the current release and are you using the latest versions of WPBakery and Revolution Slider, the reason I ask, is that I have licenses for both, so when needed I can direct support from them. Also is it possible or maybe the better question; will there be the ability to book appointments with agents say for things like open houses? What about a Mortgage Calculator? Thank you in advance. You guys did a great job on this theme.

Theme is compatible with latest version of WPBakery. It is not compatible with Revolutions Slider 6.X but Revolution Slider 5.X. (because current version of Property Slider / Property Gallery is based on Revolution Slider jQuery 5.X.) MyHome do not support booking options. Mortgage calculator will require additional free plugin from WordPress repository.

Cant you use idx broker integration and native property listings at the same time? Our website would require both.
Additionally, how would the search results work? Does it show results from both idxbroker as well as native properties saved in wordpress?

Generally speaking you can use 2 integration in the same time. There are 2 completely different search forms / ways of displaying listings. You can also just use Live MLS feed and inside promote Featured listings of your agents.

Ok great. So I need for the website to be able to seamlessly do the following:
1. List MLS properties 2. List Non LMS Properties 3. Allow agents to sign up and pay to also list their non mls properties
4. Allow users to search and see results for both MLS and also non MLS listings (I know you mentioned that the two search forms are different, can we pay you to make them the same or can you guide us on how to customize the code?)
5. On the same site (and on the same page) we should be able to show both MLS and non MLS listings without at problem, even if they are added by separate rows or widgets. We just need to know that we can show both listings on the same page easily.

Of the 5 things I mentioned, can you tell me which of them is already possible?
On the same website, can we show both MLS listings and non mls listings even if they use different search bars?
For eg, Can i have one row on home page that shows MLS listings and a different row with different heading that shows non MLS listings, shows only listings we created manually in wordpress admin section.
FYI, the main reason i have this concern is because in your demo you completely placed IDX/MLS Listings on one demo/site and on placed non-MLS listings on a completely different site. I want to ensure I don’t have to make two different sites like you, i want one site that is showing both MLS and non MLS Listings.
You can easily add here: https://myhometheme.net/idx/ properties which were added manually via WordPress admin panel.
You don’t have to make different websites for mls/non-mls properties. It might look like two websites (due to integration with idx broker) however from technical point of view it’s still one website.

Thanks for the information they gave me, I changed the image size and it worked, but it’s still weird because I had already uploaded it without problems at the beginning, from one day to the next it stopped showing, now it works fine, thanks for the guidance.

1. i have a idx broker plugin and i saw this https://idx.myhometheme.net/idx/results/listings?idxID=a000&pt=7&aw_address=Miami&srt=newest. this is a live feed from idx broker plugin. Just wondering if i bought this theme, can the idx plugin (page listings) be editable?
2. the registration from your idx have 2 options, lite and platinum. https://signup.idxbroker.com/d/myhome. the problem is we already registered on the idx broker. can you still help me on developing the site on regards the idx broker plugin instead of the theme itself?
3. i may be doing a lot of customizable development for the theme. is this developer friendly? is your support may be willing to help me on regards the customization questions?
4. i can’t see your agents listings. as i said, we already registered from idx broker plugin. we’re currently using a link from the idx broker page, if the no 1 question is editable, is the agents profile, page be editable too? if so, can you help me with some questions in case i have some questions?

Advanced Custom Fields PRO update is not available
I am using version 5.8.2 and the available now is 5.8.4
I have checked updates from MyHome Updater but the plugin update is not available
also try to delete it and install it again from the theme installer still installing old version

I wanted to use 2 different Property page display just like it is displayed in your demo:

Can you help me how to do it, because it seems to me that is possible to use only one, and that is not good….and certainly not explained in demo.

Thank you for your question. Agent, Agency are WordPress user roles (same as Administrator / Editor etc). You can create unlimited number of users with Agency user role in the system. Every agency have its own profile page (that cannot be controlled by page builder), but if you wish to have more flexibility you can create for each agency special page and redirect default one there. Ok,thank you. I think that will work. Perhaps this is something on the list for future theme updates as a professional agent/agency page is almost as important as a great property page.
Hi one of my clients purchased this theme and it looks wonderful. However we would like to do some visual changes to the theme in particular to the property listings page such as remove/hide property type on the thumbnail and also remove bedrooms,bathrooms labels. Can you please guide me how we do this by editing template files (what are the files needs to be edit). We are set of developers so any sort of developer guide/resource would be helpful.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we cannot support importing of a properties as a part of customer support. Every database is little different and this kind of import is more “Plugin Area” than “Theme Area”. Some people use free version of WP All Import Plugin for it but we officially do not support it.
