Hi, Is it possible to change the breakpoints for the responsive system with the Backoffice ? For example for my iPad which has 1024px screen, it’s showing a responsive menu but I want the desktop menu. Is it possible to do that easily ?

Bought your theme and found it to be really great and works as smoothly as expected. The only issue i came across, it was the limited available fonts to select from. Is there any way to add more google fonts there? Thank you

Hi I purchased your theme last year and the support ran out, but there never was a code for wp bakery – so now I cannot update the plugin – I re-downloaded the files but could find no code. I don’t need support for the theme (it’s great!!) but don’t feel I should have to pay for more support to get a code that should have been supplied. Or do you not supply the code for wp bakery – is this a separate purchase?

I’ve bought this great theme a while back but have to rebuilt my page (because some problems at my hosting). But my support has expired.
The issue I’m having is that my marker is not showing up on my intergrated google map. I’ve had this problem the first time I used the theme and asked for your help on this issues. You gave me a quick solution but I can’t remember it.

all tickets already opened are always available on our support account. It’s not a problem if your support is expired, simply log in to our support forum with the data you chose during registration, once logged in click on the button at the top right “My profile” -> “Topic Started” and you can see all open tickets.

I need more help on this download question. I have downloaded the template again and reinstalled my site. However, the version of the Theme is still showing 1.1. What is the latest version, or can you recheck your answer to my question about the version that should be downloading.
I’m am looking for the latest version of the template (one that has been updated with the latest patches, etc. Some of the plugins are in need up updating and this is my reason for needing the latest version.
