Hi, Since you added the Priority Visual Builder back to the page, we are having issues with the Home page and some of the other pages reverting back to their old versions. We just updated some of the content on the Home page, and instead of saving the updates, the page reverted back to an old version from December. A similar issue happened to our Newsletter page, which had changed itself to an old version from November. It is now updated, but I wanted to let you know about it, in case you can see what happened before. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues. Thanks!

I just tried updating the theme – all the customizations were lost (ie. demo logo came back, colours reverted back, footer text reverted back) and had to revert back to the older theme. How can the theme be updated without losing customizations? Thank you.

Regarding the questions you made me: I deactivated all plugins, all of them, and then I reactivated all of them one by one, and the problem came when activating buddha themes and the theme. I’ve tried to update the theme using this procedure (http://support.wedesignthemes.com/knowledge-base/steps-to-update-the-theme/), and I also have the same problem, It crashes. I don’t have screenshoot of the procedure activating plugins.and the crash. When it crashed I just reverted to the old version but did not take a screenshot.. I can send you a screeshot of the events page (the message that shows and you’ll see that there’s no calendar there :-D)

Not able to download demo content.

For the purpose of demo content import, we have removed the importer option from the Buddha Panel. Instead of that option, we have used the “Unyson” plugin to import the demo contents.
Note: Before installing the demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.

I have installed the theme and imported the dummy data as well.I did all the process as given in documentation of Priority theme.
But visual composer editor is not working as expected.It is showing shortcodes in backend.

So, before update the theme to the latest version you need to take the backup fo your theme settings and customized theme files.
