The KARTPUL-Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme by Templatemela is really wrong. It’s a huge crap with lots of bugs. I got hooked to it because it was attractive but got to know it contained lots of bug. Even though their customer service is swift the code is really wrong plus they just kept inputting all sorts of malicious scripts the tables in my database. And when I changed my password and gave a secondary pass they stopped support. Each time I insert a new section after a first section with a carousel and update, the carousel stops working and does not take effect when published. And they are aware of this and until this moment they have decided to stop support. I want envanto to ask the author to return my fund if they can’t salvage the issue with the improperly written code of a template. Worst of all they don’t have a good support channel like via chat phone call etc that makes the process of support seamless and easy. Please, envanto I need my funds so I can buy another theme. Moreover these guys have made my website shutdown for over two weeks now and made me loose money. So the best they can do now is return my funds.

I keep getting an “Error: Wrong export slider file format!”. Each time I try to install the “tmpmela_homeslider_layout8.zip”. And I am losing my patient already because I trusted you guys that were why I paid for an extension of 12 months straight.
