Top page banners don’t support video backgrounds, but you can use Revolution Slider in this place.

Pre-sales question: If I want to add product variations or grouped products, is that supported with this theme? Also, will I need a Visual Composer license if I want to use it? I’ve always used DIVI instead, I am ok with WC as long as it does not need licensing.

Hi there, I just bought the theme, and despite looking everywhere in the settings for an hour, I can’t find a way to actually make the carousel working flawlessly. I generate the page using CodeIgniter and sometimes I will have 30 items in the carousel and sometimes maybe just one or two. When I have less than the required number of items to fill the screen, carousel gets broken. Can you tell me how to fix this?

OK so on Is blank space in column “site”... And there is even non button for deactivate it or something like that. Right now I am stuck… I cant import demos… Which is why i bought this (way easier to replace and just bit of manage) and right now I paid for something what I cant use…. In previous system you just add the licence code in and thats it and now there is some sort of redirection for another website and it does not work at all

We found the problem inside the theme code. For now, we added a small fix inside nK Themes Helper plugin. Please, update this plugin to 1.6.15 version and then theme activation should work.

Unfortunately their Font Awesome library is out of date and doesn’t support any icons in 5.8.0 it seems and sub-menu items don’t show up when tapped on in mobile.

How do i reposition/add padding to any notification bar ? there is no such option on the one i am using, tried a few more they all overlap with the main menu items. i had some custom css code in the past but lost it and forgot where to place it. Youplay is working fine and don’t have any bugs (if you see something, we will fix it, ofc), this why it is not updated for a long time. But we have plans for this theme and it will get a huge update in coming months. All bundled vendor plugins will be updated, including Bootstrap (currently used v3 and will be migrated to v4) and the theme will be updated visually.

Some of our users used 3rd-party plugins for ajax search. The only thing they changed – is styles.
hello nk once again i need help the main menu now has over 15+ items and altho on the horizontal main menu i can place around 4-5 titles, the rest are put under “other” menu item and are subsections of the “other” menu item. they go in vertical single line all the way down, but there is no more room and i got few items that are at the very bottom that cannot be scrolled to and are not visible at all. is there any way to make the submenu sections of a main menu item go in horizontal direction instead of vertical ?

Does this theme support also RTL for multiple languages? Is there also an opportunity to add a review for the service as well as an separate review for customers regarding the product they purchased? This is custom CSS, you can add it in Admin Menu > Youplay > Options > General > Custom CSS. Or using 3rd-party plugins.

I want to change the design of my shop so I ask can you provide me the admin login to your demo of this theme so I can browse through the dashboard to see all features of the theme? I ask this because I have bought a theme for my shop and when I installed it I was not happy what I saw in the admin area so I had to ask for a refund. I can’t give you an admin login, but since you already purchased our Godlike theme, I can approve a refund request for Youplay theme if it will not suit you. So you can test it for several days.
The shop functionality is almost the same like in Godlike theme, the only difference – is single product pages. In Youplay product image added on the header background.
Also, Youplay uses an options panel instead of Customizer.

Hahahhaha, don’t get me wrong but I really have to laugh at this. Obviously, if I have a webshop and I have your GodLike theme I know how to set an image on the product admin page. My bad is that I didn’t quite explain the problem that I experience on the theme. Let me rephrase my problem what I having when I add the picture in the product edit admin page, the picture won’t show itself on the product page that has to be shown to the customer.
You didn’t give me any info, so I assumed this basic thing like product image. Just because by default, when you set the product image, it adds to the header background automatically like this one – https://wp.nkdev.info/youplay/product/kingdoms-of-amalur/
I can assume another 2 reasons:
1. You changed Layout options for product page in the theme options panel (disable banner, for example) 2. You set Revolution Slider to the banner position in product metabox options

is there a way to have the header image separate from the product image on products? There’s only an option for adding the product image, I don’t want that to also be the header image, I’d like to select something else for that.
