Hi there, in the footer with the social icons, there is one with a cloud icon pre-filled with the link kenzap.com. However if I remove that and leave blank, it iwll temporarily dissapear but later will be visible again. This may happen after an update. Please tell me how this to remove permanently? Thanks

I just noticed that sliders and banners do not display text. Titles and subtitles work fine, but the text does not show up. Is there an easy fix to it? Thank you in advance

You can display no more than 2 textual elements at a time. Otherwise not enough space there.

It does not seem to be smaller at all. I would use whatever would work, but in my case subtitle is even bigger than title, and text does not even show up

It depends on the banner type you use. The one you have chosen does not support any text at all. It might be confusing but this happens because we can not hide the fields in the Page Builder we are using.

Well, none of the banners seem to display text. And what about sliders? In your demos, those are clearly sliders with all the text, title, subtitle and text. On my slider on homepage, the slider does not display text

Yes, I’ve got an image to show you… My client has 3 weekly menus, the first one has different options to choose and the other two have a completed meal with an option to switch ingredients based on allergies. I want to integrate your meal plan with the shopping cart in order to sale online. Also, I’ll need to add fields to select 2 out 3 options (to avoid mistakes with the customers) and activate a membership plugin to keep order history and personal info like phone and address. There are two potential was how you can do this.
1. Defining separate landing pages of your meal plans like this and then create a link to single woocommerce product page: http://madang.kenzap.com/program-single-builder/
Single woocommerce product page in return can have as many variable options as you need: http://madang.kenzap.com/product/fruit-porridge/
You can add new select fields and update them with your custom values.
2. Use variable product without meal plan landing page.

I’m getting an error under the Woocommerce status saying the shopping cart theme pages are out of date and need to be updated. This is for the cart.php, content-single-product.php and cart-totals.php. I had to revert back to the previous version of Woocommerce because my site was not allowing customers to add products to their cart or checkout. Can you please update the theme pages? So in order to get an updated version of your theme you require me to pay and obtain another license for support? That is ridiculous. Update your theme to work with the latest Woocommerce so other users will not face the problem of their store not working. That is just good business on your part.

I have a few questions regarding the blog page, again.
First one, perhaps the most important one, is that there is no H1 in blog posts. You can check it on any of the article pages at

Second, on the same blog page, there are few spots that some articles are displayed on the right side, leaving some spots to the left of it empty. While it’s not all that important, it kind of looks weird and bad. it seems like a simple thing to fix.

1. You can disable default heading and add widget with custom HTML to put H1 heading there.
2. For this go to Customizer > Custom CSS and put this line of cope for fix blog alignment issue:
.blog-single { height: 620px; }
isn’t possible to make the default heading to h1 instead of h2 and not have to add widgets and custom HTMLs?
It is possible but what if someone adds two elements so that is why it restricted to h2 by default.

you can only access your theme root folder though SFTP or FTP depending what is granted from your hosting provider.

Yes just replace old images with new ones keeping the old name in images folder. After replacement clear browsers cache.
