Why i should pay again only for functionally inquiry? Thats not really seriosly. Send me manual or instruction file / link for use / modify the standard theme construct. We will only modify the footer blocks add/remove column for widget. This should be possible without pay complete support ticket! Thanks!

Hi, we have purchased your theme a long time ago, but never used it for our website. Now we started using it, but have an issue with the logo size and format. If we make it 335 × 216 px it looks great on PC, but it is huge on mobile versions, but if we make it 222×124 it still looks good on PC, but it looks pixeled on mobile versions. We have tried everything, but of course the bigger resolution the better it looks on PC and Mobile, the only problem is that it looks huge on Mobile and if you make it too big, than it will look huge on PC.
Please can you help us sort this problem, we need to make the logo look professional on PC and Mobile together…

You can change the default email which is used by WordPress to send emails by installing WP Change Default From Email Plugin.
After installation and activation of the plugin please navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Change From Email and set the From Name and From Email.

Thanks for taking interest in this theme.
By default you can set one main price and display other as part of property contents on property detail page.
Alternatively you can easily duplicate a property using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-duplicator/ and change its title, status and price.

I have checked and it looks like there is a height lock in CSS code coming from Dynamic CSS section of your website as you can see here: https://jmp.sh/bxT0eOb
This means that you have added a piece of CSS code which is locking the height of the slider to 500px and that is why the height is set to 500px. Kindly remove the CSS and it will display the entire image.

This is the first error I’ve seen of this kind when updating the theme. I’ve used this theme since 2016 and never encountered this error when updating. Thank you.

Hello, unfortunately reinstalling WordPress core didn’t help. I tried to update to 1.8.2 and still not working. But now I do not get any warning error as I did when trying to update to 1.8.1 (as mentioned in the first comment in this thread). So since then I restored my site that had 1.8.0. But now that I try to update to 1.8.2, I get just a blank page on the site. I have the Child them 1.2.0 installed and activated.
Further to the above, while the actually website shows a blank page after the update to 1.8.2, the WP dashboard shows these errors:

Hi, I have several important questions.
1. I try to modify the home to my liking and I can’t, I can only change from the theme options, but I need to add the messages to the action and forms and I can’t with the visual composer.

You can change homepage modules and their order from theme options ( http://documentation.inspirydemos.com/realplaces/home-layout/ ) and to include Visual Composer stuff you can use page contents module.
To install Revolution Slider: Download All files & Documentation from themeforest and extract the downloaded zip. After that look for Plugins directory with in extracted files. You will find Revolution Slider plugin in it that you can install yourself by uploading. Also consult http://documentation.inspirydemos.com/realplaces/home-banner-map-slider/#revolution-slider for more details.

I define X email into the agent linked to the property but the contacts are being sent to another one, the one defined to the wordpress admin user. Why?Why is not being sent to the agent email? Property detail page’s contact form ( Agent Contact Form ) sends emails to agent’s email address which you have provided while adding agent ( http://documentation.inspirydemos.com/realplaces/adding-agent/ )
Also explore settings provided in [ Dashboard → Appearance → Theme Options → Misc ] as those settings handle CC and BCC emails form agents contact forms.
If your emails are being sent to admin’s email instead of agent’s email then make sure you have no additional plugin installed which is overriding target email address.
Let me know if your issue persists after exploring above points.

Hi. Ok, I understand. I think it was because of the email plugin I installed, “WP Mail SMTP”, cause I previously detected that the emails to the agents were not being sent. So I installed this plugin and it worked, but it’s sending the contacts to the admin user (it’s forced to it) and not to the agent. If I disable this plugin, the forms are not being sent from the agent contact form but, however, contact form 7 is sending the messages correctly. What should I do? Thanks! Regards.

That’s strange because WP Mail SMTP is only installed to override the default WordPress mail function with a real email address. Kindly send the WordPress login credentials of your website at usman[at]inspirythemes.com and I will inspect this problem for you further.

Two Things I have: 1) I’m can’t change the translation phrases. For example, I need to change the current translation (add to favourites > german “Zu Favoriten” and have changed in both PO files. But the changes don’t show. It will still show “Zu den Favoriten hinzufügen”) Why?
