hi, this theme is bootstrap compatible. You don’t need to install the bower. You can directly use the components without the bower installation.
About the integration in october CMS – I request to please first understand the structure of Flat Able theme. Make sure each path of files are corrected & doesn’t have any console error in it.
We are not much aware about the CMS you are talking about. So can’t help you more on it. If you have any errors then let us know. We are happy to help you out.

The preset color (6) is overwriting the color swiches and COLOR RADIO BUTTONs – they are all red… Please correct this.

Hello. I have problems installing the template. I am following the instructions in the index.html file into Documentation folder.
When i type bower-installer, the console show me the next message error: d3: unable to find situable version of d3.
I have the bower.json file and the bower_components folder in the same folder.

Hi, you may use this template without the bower installer. Please proceed with the bower_components folder. There we put all 3’rd party plugins.
Hello, IE is not listed in the compatible browsers. Are there any specific features, that doesnt work in IE?
Few of CSS’s flex property not working well in IE browsers. BUT our next release will support that too.

Ok, there is no support, no reply, and the item is not as described, you set RTL for each template, but in reality it’s just the navbar and menu !!! I ask you to refund my purchase.

I´ve also got some strange behaviour with the demo .
Draggable plugin is not working. The menu is not completely display on all pages.
