Thank you for your question. Please check /wp-admin/ >> MyHome Panel >> Property Page. Probably the “Gallery is in the “hidden” section and it just need to be “drag-and-dropped” to left column.
This problem could happen because in the past the gallery type was changed (e.g. after changing gallery > slider > gallery it will be in the hidden by default.

Hello, I’m interested in MyHome and I have been using he demo for a day or so, I’m having trouble trying to figure out how to change the “Default” demo page to the “Investments” demo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also is there a way to remove the property grid from the full version so there are no scrolling properties (The “Investment Projects” grid).

Thank you for your question. Currently free demo test offer only “Default” demo test. After purchase you will have chance to choose other demo in the MyHome Demo Importer. Please check this article point: “3.2. Choose the demo, then click the ”Import demo” button on its card”

Hi ,my support is already expired,however , i hope you could help me with my issue. on the “Search Bar” for property, location, etc..The problem is, after you choose something in the dropdown menu in the search bar, the menu not back to normal and it hides the result. Thank you for your question. These buttons are generated by Easy Social Share Buttons. You can customize this plugin settings in the /wp-admin/ > look at left dark menu > Easy Social Share Button. Generally speaking it is not possible to change it to “social profiles” but there is quite a lot of other options related to it (design / position etc).

After activating breadcrumbs my links changed. Already shared Social links and current googles searches still bring old links and hence 404 error. Can the old links be automatically redirected to the new links or i have to redirect them manually or i just disable breadcrumbs completely and forget about breadcrumbs? I have temporarily disabled breadcrumbs as i was already receiving complaints but i would have loved to use them if there is a quick solution to this

Unfortunately, this is not possible. This option was created with the assumption that the decision to use or not to use breadcrumbs will be made at the stage of building the website and not already during its “life”.
Therefore, if you want to create such redirects, you must do it manually. If your website has just started, you can think about whether it is really worth spending time on it.

Thanks for your interest in our product. I think there is no one correct answer to your question. This is due to the fact that several factors are important. First of all, the type of hosting / server you use. Do you use a caching plug? Do you use Cloudflare services?
We have clients who have thousands of properties and the website works quickly.

This theme is outstanding, but you’re missing one very important feature. Not just missing, you have currently very bad process of marking properties as featured, here are more details (according to the demo). 1. In order to mark some property as featured, I need to check single checkbox while creating new property or later via edit property. This is bad way, why won’t you create some button like Mark as featured (on/off) at My Properties page? 2. When I switch off some property to not be featured anymore, I can’t make it featured after.. never. There’s missing checkbox in edit property after, this can be a bug also. Please pay atention on this “featured” feature more in future releases, since your theme is only weak in that sphere. Otherwise, theme is outstanding (talking about Directory listing type).

MyHome has 2 types of integration with MLS via IDX Broker Services (1 for “featured listings” and 1 for “All MLS listings”) and it is extra paid. It seems I can’t use multiple Offer Types even when I add commas in between. Sample shows “For Sale” and “Open House” in separated colored tags over the main picture, but when I submit a new property or modify and existing one with two valid Offer Types with a comma in between it will show one single tag with the 2 Offers and the comma in one color and create a new Offer Type in the database. The theme is updated to the latest version.

Thank you for your question. Probably this field was added to the breadcrumbs ( /wp-admin/ > MyHome Theme > Breadcrumbs ) . Fields that are part of the breadcrumbs cannot be multi-selected, because of technical reason (building slug structure).

I don’t remember mentioning breadcrumbs. On the main page a listing have multiple labels on the main picture; like No fees! (orange) and For Rent(yellow) or Hot Offer!(red) and For Sale(yellow) how can I accomplish this?

Hi guys,
I desperately need your help. I have your theme using HM investment and everything was fine until I accidently removed slider. Now I need to build the same one from scratch so I set another MH investment site to have an example and do it exactly the same it was. And I’m having problem with first shape on the slider. Here is photo of settings of the shape: http://swiftrent.pl/1.png and here is photo what it looks like on the page: http://swiftrent.pl/2.png The dark field doesn’t stretch to full width even though it is set the same as in HM Investment slider. I have a pre-order question. I refer about single property gallery on mobile devices. Looking at your demo (default demo), I have seen that when I make double click on property gallery images, these images didn’t recognize touch and also the gallery is not fixed (the images could go up and down on the mobile screen).
