Hi, Is it possible to control what the Listing Owner can do when they are logged in? Can I restrict/customise/remove functionality from their dashboard to limit what they can do?
I only want the Listing Owner to have basic controls like updating their calendar availability, messaging and their profile. Then hide the other options. Just want to check if I can customise these features?

the Add Listing form is customisable, you can add/remove/manage fields, however it has to have title and content file if you want to create/edit listing.
I assume you want to create listings on your own, and then give access to them to users to just handle bookings and calendars? This would be probably possible to remove the rest of the fields and hide the tilte/description with CSS, but would require some basic customization
I would actually want both – companies to be able to create their listings (subject to manual approval by me) and also me to create listings for them and give them limited access to bookings & calendars.
If I’m running Facebook Ads, they would need click through and create their profile and create a listing for approval by me. But I would also like to create listings and then contact the potential customers to claim their listings.
Good to know that you can use CSS to customise this.
I assume that the CSS would only apply to the listing owners and not “normal” users who are viewing and bookmarking listings?

There’s no option to have separate add listings forms. If you want to allow users to create their listings from scratch, you’d need to have all the fields that are needed there to create the listings, so you will also need to allow them editing those fields (it’s the same form for add and edit)

I just checked and your Themeforest sales page says ” You can set-up automatic email notifications about bookings and content of messages can be changed in the options” Is this the same message for all listing owners? Or can it be customised for each listing owner?
Emails are customisable in the theme options, you can use some dynamic tags for example {name} in email content will be replace with actual name of user, {listing_name} with Listing title etc etc, but for each action it’s the same template for all listings

We have a “Message Vendor” form that sends email directly to listing owner http://www.docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/how-to-configure-message-vendor-form/ but there’s no easy way to have custom forms per listing
What if I create a unique form in Gravity Forms for each Listing then enter the shortcode in the specific listing? Is that possible? Would there be any limitations in functionality by using this method?
The contact form is in sidebar so it’s widget set for all listings. If you want to have it in the content you of course can do it
Hi, can you tell me how the booking system handles refunds? What happens if someone pays for a booking then changes their mind? Is there a refund feature?
Payments for bookings are handled via WooCommerce, for each booking is created Order in WooCommerce, check https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-refunds/
And what if the funds have already been withdrawn by the listing owner? Does the listing owner’s wallet need to have the funds in it to process the refund? Or will the listing owner just get charged from their bank card via WooCommerce?
All payments for bookings go to you as site owner, the wallet tells how much you have to transfer back to listing owner. In case of refunds, if you already transferred the money, it will be reflected in the wallet as “minus” so it’s up to you and listing owner how you will handle that.

Hi, can I integrate Gravity Forms as a contact form? And would it keep the same design as the theme on the front end?
Contact Form is based on Contact Form 7 plugin, you can use Gravity Forms but we don’t have any special styling or functions for it.
OK so the design wouldn’t look the same as the CF7 form? If not, I guess I could use this https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-conditional-fields/ but I would prefer to use Gravity – I just wouldn’t know how to style it with the same design as the theme.
I’ll test Gravity forms and let you know how that looks

Generally GF works and looks ok, probably would require some CSS adjustment but we could help with it. But as I explained, we don’t have any special integration for GF

Sure, it’s controlled by an option in listing, even listing owner can turn it on/off while editing his listing from front-end

No, it wouldn’t suit Listeo the same way as Findeo where all listings are properties and they are much more comparable

You can create custom fields with our Froms&Fields editor but there are currently no option to set relationships between them

Yes but if you choose Google Maps as map provider, which is paid service. With free alternatives we offer, it’s not possible as it’s against ToS from OpenStreetMap, so you can ‘search’ for full address

Hi, if it is possible to sync listing owner calendars, can you tell me how often the calendar sync refreshes/updates? For example, if it refreshes every 15 minutes, there is a chance that 2 people can book the same time.
When someone book e.g. room for 3 days and he clicks “Book” on the booking widget those day will be blocked instantly so no chance of booking twice.

I’ve read again your question, and I think maybe I’ve misunderstood you 1st time. We don’t have yet Calendar syncing between different services, we are working on this as we speak, it’s almost finished There’s “export” iCal file for each listing, so you can add it to your calendar or 3rd party service, or you can “import” files from services like airbnb, so bookings made there will be marked as unavailable. It will be optional how often the import will be run, as if you will have a lot of listings this might be resource-intensive task, depends on your server and hosting how it will handle it.
Actually I was thinking of creating an Outlook calendar or a Google Calendar and blocking out times in those e.g. the Outlook calendar would be blocked 9-11am every day and available from 11am-5pm. Then I would want to sync the Outlook Calendar to Listeo. Just wondering if this is possible? Actually the best would be if you could have 2-way sync between Outlook and Listeo or Google and Listeo?
Also, I wonder if there would be any way to run automatic processes using Zapier? Maybe you could automate data each way from Outlook/Google Calendar/Airbnb etc through Zapier?
