I’m facing lots of trouble regarding installation & importing demo content of theme. Javier Nguyen, this author is very lazy to answer, help me out with this issue unless i have to give it back!

i bought this Theme with my other Account Wernerinfo
i Use this Plugin “chauffeur booking system” when i use Standard Wordpress Theme everything is Working, i use your Theme there is Problem with the Plugin i send you the Problem also.
The Developer from the Plugin says its not a Plugin Error, its working also with other Theme. the Theme you use it’s the Problem and need to be solved by the Developer.
so Pls Fix this Problem ASAP or make refund i will buy other theme which is working well.

worst support ever, recommending you all to not spend money on this theme or any item of shtheme, as they don’t provide service, just only mail you even after so many days to console you but don’t fix the issue.
Even the envato support saying that they are no one to ask about it, although it is a mediator between me and the author and envato played a role in the transaction while purchasing the theme so it has to cooperate with us and ask the author to resolve the issue, or return my amount as early as possible.

How can one edit the Home slider? It seems like the theme does not have Revolution slider or slide plugin and can’t find where to edit the slider even when you are on the Elementor editor.

Hello, I have installed the template, currently it doesn’t use visual composer which is a pain by itself, Currently, I cannot edit the sliders. I have checked all the menu items on the dashboard.
Secondly, please update your documentation, it is very outdated. The themes do not use visual composer but it is still in the documentation. Nothing about sliders

The documentation is a catastrophe. It’s from version 1.0 and lacks a lot of information. It’s impossible to install the 4.0 version without any documentation for it.

Nothing is wrong with the actual theme. But the documentation is not mentioning the different versions and it was quite hard to figure out how to get the different looks of the demos.
I managed to solve this after a couple of hours but if the documentation would have mentioned this it would have saved me a lot of time.
