It does work as designed, namely, the horizontal scrolling has been disabled for smaller devices.

If you tested the feature on a desktop by resing the viewport, please refresh the page and make sure not to use the scroll wheel. Since the mobile version of the theme was optimized for touch devices the scroll functionality is irrelevant.

It is a little unclear as to what error are you getting when trying to install the theme. However, most of these can be resolved by doing the following:

- Please first make sure you increase the following server resources above the indicated minimum values:

max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000

You can do that by editing the php.ini file that you can find on your server or contact your hosting service to do this for you.

- Follow the step from this article.

Thank you for your quick response. It’s a timeout request indeed. I’m on Managed Wordpress and my host site doesn’t want to do it for me, so I’m a bit stuck, any chance you could help?

You could use the Custom PHP Settings plugin and add the following code within the text field of the general tab:

max_execution_time=300
memory_limit=128M
upload_max_filesize=128M
post_max_size=256M
max_input_vars=3000

You should get a message that everything was changed successfully, if not you will have to edit the php.ini file with the above values.

And if even that does not work then you will have to switch to a dedicated server with these minimum requirements.

We follow the W3C standard as close as we can, but it’s very hard to achieve a perfect report using their tools. If you run any other site through their tool, there’s a high chance it returns a number of errors as well.

Glad to hear you are taking interest in Tamashi. If we understood you correctly, you want to have sidebar on all pages, and that could be done, except for single portfolio projects, since those already have predefined templates. Also, you could go through website from page to page.

You can only select a single category to list your items, or you can leave that field blank and list all categories. You can also list couple of items by ID, if that counts for something.

WordPress 5 release introduces Gutenberg as default page editor for all themes. Now, if your WPBakery version is lower than 5.6 you will need to install Classic Editor free plugin from Plugins > Add New to automatically set default editor to be WPBakery. More reading: https://wpklik.com/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-keep-wordpress-classic-editor/

In version 5.6 this improvement is already included, so you don’t have to use Classic Editor. Anyway, if some theme doesn’t contain the latest version of any premium plugin and you can’t wait for next theme update, we’ll provide you with updated versions nevertheless.
