Please respond to my ticket asap. I am having issues changing my logo, I’ve tried changing it under General > Header Style & under Customise but both do not work!

You need to set logo under Theme Options – Header – Under selected header style upload logo.
Kindly access documentation for other really helpful topics about the theme.

selected style 6, uploaded logo under style 6, even tried changing the menu colors, none of them work.

No, it’s nor RTL theme. You may use RTL plugin to make it RTL compatible.
Why don’t you have a CHANGE LOG? I would like to know the what version the theme is at cause you just released an update. I installed the ENVATO MARKET plugin for automatic updates but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything? Please help.

How can I edit the footer? When I go to Elementor > Saved Templates, it says that Footer Style Five has a type that is not supported. Then it only gives me an option to delete it or export the template.
If I export and then try to import it, it tells me “type footer does not exist”

Bought your theme today….Followed import instructions but on looking at the page i wanted to edit ( Demo 10 ).

I can see the images are in the demo content… and the images have been placed on the page in the builder but they simply do not show on any preview or viewing of the page at all…
Why is this…? What can be done to remedy this issue. All attempts to contact you via links on themeforest that are supposed to link to your own support page are simply pointing to themselves and lead back to the item support page.
Having paid for additional support I’m a bit annoyed i cannot see or find a way to contact you over this issue in anyway other than having to make a public post in the comments section.
This is not good enough… If you do have your own dedicated support your links on themeforest / envato should lead to it not simply take us back to the page where we clicked on the link in the first place.
Please advise as to why the larger graphics of demo 10 will not display at all on any preview or live viewing of the demo page and how anyone having difficulty straight out of the box on setting up your theme can actually contact you !

- Is this theme compatible with LearnPress? - Can I use Visual Composer Website Builder? - Do this theme have options like: use full width or box layout, show title or hide title, show breadcrumb or hide? - I see that you have 13 home page designs available while all of these different demos use same inner pages. Do you guys also provide different design options for inner pages? - Sliders – how can I incorporate sliders on home and other pages? Like one can do using revolution slider plugin. - How do you handle registrations and logouts? Do registration happens on same page or in a lightbox? Any demo pages that show themes ability with respect to forms?

I should have ask this question before I bought the theme actually. Is the homepage In this theme made of one homepage? Or the sections of the homepage are all different pages? If so, that would really be a pain.

You should give unhappy customers a refund, that’s how it works in 2020. Don’t accuse them of blackmailing, or wine about apples and oranges. Accept that you have happy and unhappy customers.
By the way, you also compare apples and oranges by saying that other customers use it without any problems. Could be, but in MY situation it doesn’t work.

You could have easily setup a sub-domain of your site and direct it with A record to any hosting. As theme buyer you need to ensure you have right setup to run the theme as mentioned on theme details page. Try and buy/keep the theme is not an option here. If you have issue about something then kindly show that and we’ll help you to understand and offer solution. That is why 6 months support is included.

Hey i am using your theme from last year. Intially i hosted my website on godaddy which created a huge mess on my website. Then i shifted to site ground now its working fine. But still i have issue regarding “Making Fewer Http request” i have tried all the plugins like auto optimize and fast velocity. But they break the theme.Even i am using sitegrounds own Sg optimizer. Can you guys suggest something because on my homepage its showing 103 request. Next thing i want to ask is that you are giving newer versions of your theme. How can i update my current theme with that without loosing my data. Also i want to use the same homepage.

You can change font family from ‘Theme Options > General > Fonts’. To manage font family from ‘Theme Options > General > Fonts’ for overall site, you need to choose font family as ‘Default’ as per https://nimb.ws/TxhkYL for all sections through ‘Elementor’.
If you want to change font family for any specific section, then go to that section through ‘Elementor’ and choose Font family as per your choice as per https://nimb.ws/iguzf3
