Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have video post format so you can put a video on homepage as blog thumbnail. We’ll consider to add this in the next update.
In mean time you can embed a video on single post detials, see how to do it.

Header layout options??

We’ve three options to align menu on left/right side or center like is shown on demo. At the moment we don’t have much extra layouts for header as we wanted to keep it minimal.
