can’t import the demo data. pls help!!!
Hi,
Your hosting may have some incompatibility, some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/lightwire/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 10USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION
DEMO IMPORT
1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.
3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it.
4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one.
5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
6) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
7) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.
LISTS – POST-TYPES
1) Select the file demo-list-name.xml(ex.demo-list-1.xml) and click Upload file and import.
2) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
3) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
4) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.
THEME SETTINGS
1) Go to Apparence > Theme options > Customizations.
2) Open the file export.json with a text editor, copy all text and paste it into
“Apparence > Theme options > customizations > Import settings” area and click “Import now”.
REVOLUTION SLIDER
1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin.
2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import.
3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU
1) Go to Appearence > Menu.
2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header
Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it.
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.

Hi,
You can not maintain the link on parent menu items of subitems on mobile or the dropdown menu will never open. This is logically impossible. I advice you to remove the links on parent items or leave it and add it again into the dropdown menu as well. (almost all websites, including Envato, do the same).

The difference I’m looking to add to my site is the orange animation underline between title text, the ability to cut off description length after certain amount of text, and the ability to make sure every box is exactly same height.

Hi, they looks the same, only the image is different.
1. Animation underline should be there, send the link and I check.
2. You can change the excerpt length from the Settings box of the LISTS component.
3. The box is the same if it have the same content length: same image size and same text length.
4. The padding are the same.
The images are not included into the download due to copyright reasons (almost all the themes do the same). But don’t worry I can send you privately, just contact me at support@schiocco.com

The box is not the same, the header title is different, I have proof by inspecting the CSS code on your current site vs the demo data site I recently imported. 4. The padding is not the same, I have proof by inspection the CSS code on your current site vs demo data I recently imported.

They do not have yellow line and they are like your photo and also like http://gcenvironmentalgeoprobe.com/gce-portfolio/ (with the difference that in this case the user changed title size and showed a button via the settings box).

How do I get the same footer and social icon buttons as your new updated site? The current version released still has old footer, I really like the new social icon buttons you use and layout of new footer.
Also, if you can’t give me new footer, please let me know how to remove “search bar” from “base” footer template. I need to use “base” option due to 3 columns, but has no option to remove search bar.

Hi, there is not a new footer sorry. To hide the search please use this CSS (you can insert it into the skin.css file into the theme folder, or go to Appearance > Theme option > Customizations > CSS, or go to Edit page > CSS on top right for apply it only on the single page).

Hello, I recently updated Wordpress to 5.4 and my theme broke. I am using the child theme, but I am wondering how do I update the parent theme?

Hi, there are multiple solutions to fix the issue:
- Recommended Go to Theme options > General and on bottom check “Disable Gutenberg” or install the plugin “Classic Editor”.
- Manually fix it by replace the file wp-content\plugins\hybrid-composer\admin\admin-style.css with this: https://schiocco.com/shared/admin-style.css
- Update Hybrid Composer plugin by downloading the latest theme version, the plugin is inside the /inc/ theme folder.
The points 2 and 3 require you also clear your browser cache. Thank you! Regards

Hi, they are images, replace the image at wp-content/themes/lightwire/inc/icon-info.png. Clear the browser cache to apply the new image.

Hello, is this the right place to write you for support? I missed normal documentation. I have clicked import buttont to import data, but header is totally not like in my send url. Why it is so? Also in your changelog says version is 1.4.6. But in my template I see version 1.1. I was wondering if there is an option to save “Sections” as templates. I am trying to import sections from different home pages to 1 page but the only option I see is to save an entire page as a template which overrides my current page when imported.
How can I save 1 section as a template and import to another page?

There appears to be two issues with the breadcrumbs. first issue The breadcrumbs shows “blog” as the blog page however the main blog page is “news-insights” please advise on how to change the blog title for the breadcrumbs
second issue the url link for the breadcrumb on the second item is incorrect and just links back to itself rather than the correct page.

URGENT MAJOR THEME ERROR
Installed theme well. But unable to edit and save anything. Changes not taking effect.
1. WHERE is the PHOTO behind the video on Construction Home Page?? Cant find where to edit it.
