I am having problems with installing a plugin on the Sprout theme that I just purchased. Here is the error I am getting:

Hi, been using the theme for some time now and very happy with it. But I got a little too exited in updating wordpress. Now running on version 5.2.4 but the page composer doesn’t seem to work anymore. Checked the compatibility list and found it going up to 5.0.

I guess this might be the issue but could you let me know if there might be something else I can do? And also when you expect compatibility will be up to the 5.2 version of wordpress? Thanks!

The version of Sprout we have installed is heavily customized, and it would take quite some time before we update to the newest version.

Having said that, can you indicate what specific theme files need to be updated in order to fix the problem with the links on the full width slider (the block called “post slider”)?

Hi I updated a plugin on my website the other day – Divi Builder. And noticed that when I go to edit pages, rather than showing just the Divi Builder modules, it’s showing I guess the Divi code in a text box above the actual Divi Builder section. I created a staging site and updated to version 2.26.3 and it’s still happening.

My website uses the Sprout theme as the main theme, and I use the Divi builder for a just a few specific pages.

On my staging site, I tested making an edit on my About page within one of the Divi modules, and I updated the page. It seems to have updated in the text box as well when it refreshed, and the live page itself doesn’t seem to have any issues.

I found that it seems to be a conflict with the Sprout theme and the Divi Builder plugin, because disabling all plugins didn’t change anything, but switching from the Sprout theme to one of the Wordpress default themes, the issue resolved.

I spoke to ElegantThemes and they said “You need to contact the theme developer for more info on this. If they suggest anything specific to be done from our side, please let us know. So we can check it further.”

So I am hoping you can help me with this please.

On my WordPress control panel there is a message: “Please update the “SPROUT Theme Options Panel” plugin before May 1st, 2019.”

Now, I can not even enter into Theme Options panel, WP doesn’t show it.

I have lost EVERY thing on my homepage after going in to make an edit. Apparently, there is no compatibility with new wordpress page editor. I cannot get the original version back of the page. Restore revision is not clickable. HELP!!!

Hi guys. I’ve been using your theme forever but now the logo has decided not to work. I’ve uploaded again and again and it still is missing. Did something change in the most recent release? I really don’t want to pay $50 for support to get my logo to work. That should be 101 stuff.

How can get rid of the google font loading with webfont.js? I am using a child theme and loading the fonts local. It works for me, but after the theme update I lost my customization. I choose the font poppins and loading it from my local server. Can’t find the reazon why it is loading the font from google. because of the law its better to load it local. thank you in advance!
