is it possible for me to rate each listing myself instead of having users review each listing? Ie. i want to be the person to decide how many stars each listing gets

1- When customers ADD LISTING is there an option for FREE listing?

Hello, I’m hoping I can speak to somebody higher up in support. I’m getting very frustrated with the support tickets. I think different people are answering my questions so I’m getting conflicted messages.

I would like to know what Follower and Following do? There’s no documentation and nothing to explain how this works. Your support gives extremely shot answers that don’t help at all.

The last answer I got was ‘Same as themeforest’. Can we have detailed documentation for this theme?

I genuinely don’t know what Follow and Follower do. How does User A follow User B? Can I see photos, videos or even just a detailed description on how this works?

This is by far the simplest directory theme but also the most frustrating support for simple questions.

The private messaging function is also odd that it’s not possible for users to get a notification. 1 Support agent said the receiver would get an email and another support agent said you need to manually check to see if you have messages.

I understand times are tough and support may be limited but if you take time to answer the questions, less questions will come back.

These are reasonable requests.

Hello. I just purchased your theme. Do you have showcase from other purchasers?

I am afraid I am not getting the right kind of support. i have submitted a very detailed document with all the issues and screenshots of the defects but all i got back from you is everything is fine and there is no problem. It’s a hush-hush support looks like someone is just trying to clear out the ticket and not really help. I am sorry to say but when i leave a comment on themeforest site, i get very good support and all the required help but when I directly add my tickets to your support site, 75% of the time, the support is really not supportive.

I just purchased the theme but I’m having a few issues.

1. I can’t change the theme color. How do I select custom colors and not the generic red color?

2. I’m unable to do the one-click-import.

3. How do I import listings from a previous plugin? I don’t see the option.

4. Is there a way to also export listings to have them saved somewhere?

5. How do I remove the foot credit and put my site name instead of Findus?

6. The option to change the header layout doesn’t show.

7. Is there a way to categorize listing types? I know there are different types, but I mean for example: Businesses: Accounting, Shop, Writing, Editing, etc. Jobs: Freelance, Permanent, Part-Time, etc. Separate categories for jobs and businesses

8. Is it possible to display different listing types on separate pages?

9. I do NOT want Google Map, how do I delete the option completely?
