1. This link appears when you login to the Admin panel, this will not appear to visitors. Logout from the Admin or open your site in Incognito Window, you will not see this link.

hi there, how can I remove ‘Opening Times’ from the Contact widget?
To remove it, please go to Admin > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer Two Widget Area > Remove text under ‘Opening Hour’ field.
If it still doesn’t remove then please go to Admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS > Add following css:
.rs-footer ul li .fa-clock-o { display: none; }
thanks for this, I’ve managed to remove this from the footer by adding the above CSS.
Have same issue on the side-menu on the sidebar, by keeping the field empty it doesn’t go away, any CSS for that as well please.
Also, the About page heading has ‘About Pivotal’. I’ve updated the header and the Permalink to just about but still the main heading says ‘About Pivotal’, any help with that please

To update About page title, please go to Admin > Pages > click ‘About’ or click ‘Edit’ link > Update text in the ‘Page Custom Title’ text field.

This opening time also present in the sidebar menu(left side) of a page, please help in removing from there too 
For the ‘About’ page, I did updated the ‘Page Custom Title’ to ‘About’ but still it shows ‘About Pivotal’!

I found ‘Page Custome Title’ and successfully changed the title, sorry its my bad, needed to scroll down quite a bit.
For now my issue is to remove ‘clock’ from the side menu?
I’m WP editor locally on my machine. Don’t know how would that work as my machine could be switched off when you may try to log in.
We just submitted a new version v1.1 with the fix with Office Hour issue, please try this one in a new WordPress installation and let me know if it fixes.
I’m not too sure about upgrading the theme, as I’ve made a lot of changes and this is the final change before I go live.
Is it possible to apply any other fix like Additional CSS, that would be really helpful and sorry for being a pain, I hope u dont mind

Is there any support for megamenu’s for the main menu? Ubermenu absolutely is not compatible, wondering if there is any you or others have tried with this theme.
I’ve also noticed that the “Open Menu” button (on the top right side) is not aligned to the right properly now.
I think what cause this, is that I changed the main menu items
On our production site, after modifying the main menu, the hidden menu is not working properly. When using desktop, everything is OK. But when my window size is small or using mobile, it becomes a list of all pages in stead of the main menu.

hola, tengo oculto el menú de hamburguesa para escritorio, en la version movil no toma los colores que he perzonalizado, aparece el menu principal en movil con los colores que trae el Tema por defecto, no toma el color primario para este menu de movil, ¿donde lo puedo personalizar?

To change hamburger icon color please go to Admin > Theme > Appearance > Customize > Style > Button Style > Here change color of “Button Background”.
To change color of the sidebar menu after clicking hamburger menu, please add following css to Admin > Theme > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.mobile-menu-container div ul li a:hover{ color: blue !important }
To change services section background hover color, please go to Admin > Pages > Services > Edit with WPBackery Page Builder > Hover mouse of a service section > click Edit icon > Go to Style Tab > Here change color under “Service Content Hover Background Color”.

hi there, I’ve been able to make most of the changes through front-end editor but unable to Change the Home Page, can you please give some tips on how to customise home page using front-end editor?
Also, is it possible to remove the top bar(with Get Started button) on the Home page?
To update content or animation of the hero section (top part), go to Admin > Slider Revolution > Home 1 > Open in Editor
To customize home page contents go to Admin > Pages > Home > Edit with WPBakery Page Builder > Hover mouse over an element > click Edit button

I can edit the alomst all parts of the front page apart from the Top Landing Page area with heading ‘VISUALIZE STATISTICS Using Our Data Visualization Software… CONTACT US’ and the image on the right hand side of it.
The WP Bakery Editor doesnt give me options(showing green buttons to edit it).
Any help with that would be much appreciated.
Similarly how can I update page heading, for example, ‘About Pivotal’? On hovering over this, in FrontEnd editor, don’t see any green boxes. Your help would be much appreciated.

The top section of the homepages are developed with Slider Revolution. To update the content please go to Admin > Slider Revolution > Home 1 > Open in Editor. Here you will find tutorial about it: https://www.themepunch.com/support-center/

There is no fixed dimension for header image. You can customize it to whatever size you need. To change the inner page header height from Admin > Pivotal Options > Style > Page Banner > Here you will find Top Gap & Bottom Gap fields. Reduce these values until it fits your header image.

We don’t have this option. But one thing you can do, add team member name with the “Designation” from Admin > Team > Edit individual member.
Then hide team title from Admin > Pages > Team > Edit with WPBakery Page Builder > Hover mouse on “Team Showcase” > Click Edit button > set “Show Title” to “No”
How to install another home page?

1. Add this custom css to reduce footer top height, replace 20px to anything height you want: .rs-footer .footer-top { padding-top: 20px; }
2. Replace current widget with Admin > Appearance > Datamine Contact Info. Let us know if it still doesn’t work.
I did’t find Datamine contact info widget, there is pivotal contact info widget. I replace again new empty contact info widget but no change.

Im new to wordpress, I downloaded the zip and tried to upload ‘pivotal.zip’, on uploading wordpress says ‘The link you followed has expired. Please try again’.
Is the link expired! I bought it yesterday but downloaded it today!
It’s not expired. Wordpress shows this error when site upload limit is lower than what you are trying to upload. Increase your server’s file upload limit to at least 25 MB.

I am not able to modify hamburger on top right hand corner to change the branding. I also went through all the documentation and not able to find anything on how to customize that. Can you help me guide it so I can take care of it make my site go live. Thank you for your help in advance.
The hamburger icon color will be changed with Primary color which you can find from Admin > Pivotal Option > Style > Global Style.
If you want you can disable it from Admin > Pivotal Option > General Sections > Show off Canvas > Off

You can change these from Admin > Appearance > Widgets > Off Canvas Sidebar.

Hello, I just purchased this theme. I´m using ftp to install the pluggins, but I can´t find the files for some items that doesn´t appear to be in the pluggins folder: redux framework, one click demo import, mailchimp, contact form 7 and breadcrums navtx.
