Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this problem. Usually, it is caused by mod_security extension on the server and it blocks some requests in the dashboard.

I have on desktop main header ( Sticky ) + Bottom header ( Sticky )
On mobile I show ONLY main header ( Sticky )
Issue: Main header is sticky on desktop.
How can I make main header sticky on mobile only ? and fixed on desktop.
I know is possible cause I used display none but doesn’t look right. The right way is to make it fixed but I do not know how

I want the sticky header to stay fixed on desktop ( not be sticky ) but with CSS because I want to be sticky on mobile only.
Sorry, but the header sticky row is the same for mobile and desktop and it is not possible to do this with CSS, unfortunately.

I do not wanna use that, I want to use something else so it remains fixed on top on desktop I am not a fully CSS expert but I know is possible.
Please keep in mind I still haven’t left a review, please do not tell me is not possible when I know is possible.
You told me already few days ago that is not possible and requires custom development / expensive – It wasn’t expensive or very custom. – Categories to appear first in mobile menu instead of main menu.

Hello! I bought this theme and now my support period is over. But recently I am facing this issue. Sometimes there are 2 thumbnails of product in the side cart. It’s coming out of nowhere. I do not know what is triggering this. I tried deactivating all third party plugins and removed all the custom css, cleared cache and all the basics and then refreshed the page. It was still there. But it’s not always like this. It’s coming once in a while. So it’s really not possible to tell what actually is causing the problem.Could you please check the theme files if there is some bug. Why the Product Information section (.tabs-layout-tabs) is hidden for < 1024 viewport? Not everyone uses that section for rich formating. Instead of fixed display hide, you should give an option whether the user wants to hide Product Tabs or not, which is more useful.

Under Theme Settings – Styles & Colors, i change all the colors, buttons and form styles. They work for like 1 minute, and then automatically changes back to defaults. Everything changes back, the color, the form style and button style. Is there a fix?
