On some hosting environments you can experience issues which are related to server settings, cpu and memory dedicated to your hosting account or the versions of the libraries installed.

In general import process is incremental – meaning that it will take off right where it stopped – so you can repeat it as much times as needed until it finishes. You can open the media library in another tab and refresh it from time to time while the import is running in another tab. The number of items in the library should increase if the import is running properly. Sometimes it takes several dozens of reruns – it really depends on the server settings.

So, please repeat the import and monitor your media library – if the number of items increase, just keep repeating until it finishes.

If the number of items in the media library does not increase and if you are experiencing some other issue in the proces, please leave the site url and wp-admin credentials in a ticket at http://boldthemes.ticksy.com and our support team will be glad to assist you.

Here is how the Setting generally work

The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.

On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.

You probably have a logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it causes the problem. Please remove the override from the home page and set the logo in Appearance > Customize > General Settings

You have declared a static page where you have placed the post grid a Posts page (Settings > Reading). You should not do that – please create another static page which will be empty and will contain the same overrides as your current static blog page (if any) and declare this empty page as Posts page.

That way, you will have all blog archives without the posts grid at the top and will have the grid without the list below.

You can set the fonts and overall color scheme from the customize panel, but due to the variety of page elements throughout the site, it would be hard to isolate one or few properties that would enable you to change the font sizes across the whole site given the number of page elements and their combinations.
