With regards to the background colour of the sticky menu, on the computer the colour is white but on a mobile its black.
How can we change it to white on a mobile.

You can add the following css statements to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.btStickyHeaderActive .mainHeader {
background-color: #ff0000 !important;
}
That should do the trick.

Hi is it possible to turn off the lazy load, I did look on the theme customisation but could not find it.
Also on the google maps when you add locations is it possible to just show the map until you click on a location pin then the info box shows up as at the moment the info box shows all the time.

You can turn off the lazy load by editing individual page elements – each image element for example has the option to turn off or on the lazy load for that individual image.
There is not an option to display the info box only after the click on the pin out of the box. If you need that functionality, you will need to use third party plugin.

Hi Thanks for the info but the reason for turning off the lazy load is when scrolling down the page its not very smooth, its very clunky and choppy.
I am currently adapting the template for a customer here https://www.picklespets.co.uk/new/ and when you scroll down the pages its not very smooth.

With regards to the google maps info box there must be something you can do as when you add the location pins some are hidden behind the info box so are unable to see, silly idea.
Seems like this is a function you have added and modified for the theme and you are saying there is nothing you can do.

There are two options when placing pins on the map. One is to have the addresses bar off the map such as on our Buddy and Coco demos – http://pawsitive.bold-themes.com/buddy/contact/ or http://pawsitive.bold-themes.com/coco/contact/. On the other hand if you place pins with the address data within respective Google Map Location elements such as on our Bella Demo – http://pawsitive.bold-themes.com/bella/contact/ the click on the pin will display the respective info on the bar. If you have some pins hiding behind the address bar, you always have the option to decrease the map zoom level.

If you go to Appearance > Customize > Header & Footer you will notice a property called Footer Page Slug. The value of this field is a slug of the page which holds a footer content. Find that page in pages and edit it. The changes will be reflected on footer throughout the site.

It seems that some post and attachment ids were not mapped properly in the process of import. This can be due to the existing posts and media library items that were present in the WP prior to the demo import.
We suggest that you clean up your WordPress instance if possible and do the import again.
Alternatively, you can edit the individual sections / elements and assign the proper images manually.

We change the image manually in the sections and it still does not solve the problem.
We already generated the ticket but so far they don’t connect.

This seems like the hosting server issue. Please make sure that your web user can read the files from the /demo_data folder of your site. The importers need to be able to read the xml files and download and save images used in the respective demo.

Can’t change logo, logo shows as site title, not the logo added through the customize section

Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You have a logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it caused the problem. Try removing logo related overrides on pages with issues.

In order to change the phone number, please go to Appearance > Widgets panel and take a look at Header Menu Widgets area – you should be able to find the BB Button widget with the phone number.
As far as the logo is concerned, here is how the Setting generally work
