looks like a few of the images are still pointing at our domain nouvello-themes.site
Once you replace the images with your own – the error will go away
If you want to temporarily allow CORS access you can do so via htaccess or a simple chrome extension such as https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/allow-cors-access-control/lhobafahddgcelffkeicbaginigeejlf?hl=en

In your documentation your describe the Theme Options and settings but it does not address your builder and how to use it. I am simply replacing the video in the classic demo import and cannot find out how. Do you have a support site or forum?
The Nouvello builder doesn’t work, it stops halfway through loading, I tried with chrome and firefox

Hi, Thanks! You should import the classic demo next. It will contain the page you’re interested in. After the demo imports, click pages in your wp-admin and search for portfolio-demo. Then click Edit with Nouvello Builder. You’ll be able to replace all the images and text with just a few clicks. Feel free to email me via my profile email if you need help with learning the builder. I’ll send you some links to videos that can help grasp the key concepts as quick as possible.

Hi, I haven’t heard from you, please try the following: re-download the MAIN zip file from your envato account (is a combo file that contains the splent-theme.zip, child-theme.zip, plugins folder and documentation). I purchased, Splent | Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme Regular License, a week and a half ago and haven’t been able to get it installed properly. It says the Zanaya Builder plug-in is required and when I attempt to install it tells me this plug-in has been de-activated. The purchase code is: f34c24e2-429d-4b9c-9029-6de5ac61202e – 27 Dec 2019 Regular License. Please either offer a fix or refund my purchase.

Hi, i bought this template to be able to use and change the colour of the menu transition page on the “company template” . I seem to be unable to do so. and the Zanya builder does not work/allow me to do so. i want to change the colours of the menu transition page (pink/orange/blue wave animation) to other colours, but keeping the same design of the wave transition. Where can I change the colours of this menu transition page?

3 questions before jumping on board:
1 – I am trying to understand the contentslider: does it buid each side uniquey, or generically (drawing content from posts etc.); could I build pure image slide shows with it?
2 – could the included sliders tied to keyboard navigation easily?
3 – is there any lightbox included? recommended?

1. You can build your own slides either by manually adding content and images/videos from your media gallery, or dynamically by connecting the sliders to your posts.
2. I think it does work with keyboard navigation, but I have to double check. In any case, if it doesn’t I will add the functionality in the next update.
3. Yes – it has a built in lightbox.

Zanaya Builder is not registering, showing this error {code} after I input the email and click the “register domain” button. what am I doing wrong?
Hi, first thing you need to do is activate the builder (it’s a plugin). You can do that by clicking theme-options->plugins.
Only after the plugin is installed and activated you should click the register button. Please let me know if you need any help. I’ll be happy to walk you through it.
