2) Yeah there’s something up with your board’s cron code, it’s missing app.php from the cron file path. This isn’t controlled by the theme, something deeper in phpBB itself. You’ll need to ask the experts over on phpBB.com for help with this

3) That is highly unusual, not something I’ve seen before. It seems to only occur at very specific browser widths. If I nudge my browser window by a few pixels and it goes away.

Have you made any changes to the code that might cause this?

1. Yes! The light / dark mode is a global setting that can only be set by the administrator in the ACP and affects all users. It’s not possible for users to override this in Milk (but will be possible in our next theme)

2. Yes, the license the permanent. You will get free updates for the lifetime of the item (as long as it’s live on ThemeForest). We have no plans on removing it any time soon

I’m not sure what Hamachi is, but you can definitely install our themes to a localhost environment (such as XAMPP / WAMP) and test everything before transferring to the web

Your license purchsase only covers one specific item, so when we release future products those would need to be purchased separately.

Yes . Inside the download file you’ll find our ‘Flightdeck’ extension. Install this to your phpBB installation.

You can define them in the ACP by clicking the green ‘settings’ icon next to each forum.

Works fine. Just trying to work out why the default header is so large. I made my logo smaller but it hardly made a difference. Width is spot on, but too deep…

That is the problem, that the text box was white before and now it is black. Although I select the light or dark color in the milk theme, the text box is always black.

I can think of something else, since the forum background is black, how can I make the default font color white in posts? To make it look better. Do you have a support forum? Or just by email?

The error log is 35,000 lines long, and full of things unrelated to the Milk theme. I don’t believe Milk is causing this error.

This is a common issue that occurs when phpBB has been installed with a one-click installer like Softalicious.

You will need to ask your web host for assistance, this isn’t something we can fix through the theme support.

Well it is the strange thing, my forum was not installed with Software, it was installed manually. What I have done with that are backups.

I have a question, how is it possible that the forum was damaged during the morning when nobody was using it?

What happens if you downgrade to php 7.3?

Well, I consulted the hosting and they told me that it was not a hosting problem, that it was a template problem and that they could not do anything. They created a new error_log file because the previous one contained many errors from many weeks, the current one only contains errors caused today.

This had never happened to me, the forum was running with the style Milk v2, the only error I had was that no new user could register, that’s why I sent you the video. That was during the early hours of Guatemala, then about 5 hours passed and when they wanted to enter the forum it was no longer possible.

I’m really frustrated. In phpBB support in Spanish they tell me it’s a style problem, you tell me it’s a hosting problem, the hosting one tells me it’s a style problem, and then how do we solve it?

I have a backup with which I am having problems and it also has 7 days out of date. That is why I really need to be able to access the forum and fix this. So I really need your valuable help.

Websites don’t randomly just stop working. Something has changed between your first installation and now, an it’s not Milk (as phpBB themes don’t auto update).

I can absolutely confirm that your issue is not caused by the Milk theme. Out of 3,700+. Your error log shows countless other issues which have no relation to the theme at all.

It is regrettable that the phpBB es team were too lazy to look into this and suggested it was a theme issue (this provides them with an easy solution).

I am afraid I can’t help you further though.

I wasn’t able to replicate this using remotely uploaded avatars. I also tested with the postprofile on the left / right side to see if I’d missed something here, but still wasn’t able to replicate.

Which version of Milk are you using?

I started to do a little research, I found other people who had the same problem as me. I have reviewed and the style has some kind of conflict with the Youtube Videos Gallery extension

I don’t know who should do the fix, you or the developer of the extension, but both are important, the style and the extension.
