Does this have support for Dokan or any multivendor system?

Can I upload videos? I don’t need to upload them to YouTube or Vimeo or any other similar service. I would need to upload the videos directly to the hosting so that only those who have paid for my courses can access them. Or also that they can be uploaded and linked via FTP. Thank you.

I have purchased this theme before few days and It worked fine for me. Thanks for providing this theme to us.

Issue we faced: After completion of our content upload, there were suddenly changed the links of Action buttons. We couldn’t identified the issue of sudden links changed as we had set links properly as per requirement and then verified properly as well.

Link became like this: https://www.domain.com/one-click-demo-import-log_file_2020-07-04__11-37-23/

Can you please advise me about the same as I have deployed the site as Live and we faced this issue on several pages. I would like to know about the root cause and want to prevent it for future as well.

Hi I have purchased the ecademy theme few days back and playing with it on my desktop virtualbox installation. Virtualbox gives me different IP addresses(192.168.1.) I start /restart it. I activated on 182.168.1.5 and now the license has become invalid on 192.168.1.4.

Kindly fix this issue.

P.S: I don’t know when the virtual box ll give IP of 192.168.1.5 and hence stuck in not being able to disable there and apply to 192.168.1.4. Other themes I have allow any local 192.168..* and localhost without any invalidation.

hello, the Import demo data is not working! I followed the instructions from here: https://www.docs.envytheme.com/docs/ecademy-theme-documentation/installation/demo-installation/ and the Theme Requirements are set and yet import demo data stops and is not importing all the pages! without demo data this theme is useless to me!

Hello, How do I change site title?

I used site title as “Guru learn’ and tagline as ‘Free Learning’.

Though it does display “Guru learn” but with “Online training school” as an additional text after that which is my theme name.

It doesn’t even display tagline.
