I can see you have a valid support package, but it looks like you haven’t even logged in at our help-desk yet.

Please go here and click “Login with envato” (the button below the search box).

On the envato app screen that will show up next, click “Approve”. You will now be logged in to the help-desk with your envato account.

Next, click “Submit a ticket” and select the “Transfers – Transport and Car Hire WordPress Theme” (make sure not to select the HTML template – that is a different product) and click the “verify purchase with envato” button.
